Its okay.. Its basically everything in the swatch books and random formulas that get mailed to me all the time. I wish it was more interactive and more importantly accurate. Also I wish it would say certain things are impossible. Iv gottent the its "not reccamended" response.. Did it anyway and always has turned out perfect.. And not fried.

Not really helpful unless you are a complete dummy when it comes to doing color. For example if you want to know the results of 09t on various levels of blonde highlights you are out of luck. Or if you would like to know the underlying base tone of it, important things when formulating. This is a basic function any colorist would appreciate yet this app can't even help you with it. Seems geared toward those w/out a license instead of the other way around. Disappointing.

Missing a lot of what is promised. Formulas are basic common sense, journaling is not available, looks are very photoshopped. Just like the pro website, this app seems like an afterthought to Redken. Disappointed by my favorite haircare line of all time.

I've been using Redken for 25 years. I just decided to use the app's brain instead of my own to formulate a color. It was AWFUL!!! I hope there aren't any students using this app. They'll be disappointed and won't learn a thing about the color wheel, since this app doesn't even use it!
