거룩한 빛 광성교회는 경기도 일산에 위치한 정성진 목사님이 시무하는 대한예수교 장로회 통합교단에 속한 교회입니다.

거룩한 빛 광성교회는 예수님께서 세우시고 사도행전에 나타난 초대교회같은 바른교회를 만들어가기 위해 다음과 같은 비전을 세웁니다.

* 목회비전
1. 개인구원과 사회구원의 조화를 꾀하는 교회
- 교회 안에서의 잔치로 끝나는 폐쇄적인 한국교회의 문제를 개선하고 도전적으로 문제를 개선하고 도전적으로 세상을 향해 교회의 문을 열고 힘차게 나아가 사회구원의 가치를 높이든다. 이를 위해 성경말씀을 철저하게 교육하고 기도훈련을 통해 영적 군사로 양육하여 복음으로 세상을 덮어나가는 적극적인 선교를 실시하는 교회.
2. 성령의 인도하심을 받는 교회
- 인본적이고 작위적인 것을 배제하고 최선을 다해 할 일을 한 후에 결정권을 성령의 인도하심에 맡기는 교회.
3. 평신도들이 주인이 되는 교회
- 교회의 주인은 하나님이시지만 실제 운영의 주도권을 목회자들과 장로들이 가졌던 한국교회의 형태에서 평신도들이 주인이 되고 목사와 장로들이 뒤에서 섬기고 밀어주는 형태로 교회를 운영하는 것을 원칙으로 하며 이를 위하여 평신도 제자화에 힘쓰며 은사를 계발하여 전문가로 양성해 사역 현장의 주체가 되도록 하는 교회.
4. 민주시민을 양성하는 교회
