Well just started to use this app actually not yet practically used in live environment. Was able to so a smooth regitration and geo taging. This seems a good initiative just hopping that this gets successfully implemented in genpact.So that we will have a better procedure to avail the drop and reach home in less time after working the whole day/night.Some not so tech friendly people unable to understand the interface and functionality are rating this negatively so for them try to get in touch bace with your peer or transport team and resolve this than if you can not get the resolution please escalte and rate. Some people still does not have a good smart phone for them this is a night mare so team please try to think aome thing about them..gift a smart phone will be the best option

Even though location service is enabled in my phone, the app continuously says enable the same to proceed ahead. It's not able to detect it. Moreover, my office location is wrongly tagged.

Its a good initiative by Genpact. Please don't give negative review . Contact transport team they are available to guide you and help you and it takes few minutes to resolve your issues

Please suggest from where we can update the address, as it has updated my wrong address for picup and drop location. Please reply this question, many people has this concern but from efmfm team no one is replied of this question that how can we update our correct current address, if wrong address has updated.

Worst app i have ever seen, when i try to update my location it always shows unable to fetch location. Also i asked to wheels department but still location not updated. Please update the app properly and fix the problem. Thanks & Regards Mohammed Nazim

Cant able to change my home location. There is no such option provided in this App. Please provide such facilities or share procedures on how to do such updates before you people insist every employees to use this app.

One of the best technology. People have issues where local transport team is responsible. Let's not rate the app based on local transport team where they are delaying resolution. Guys before rating please check

Much needed initiative!! We have been waiting for an app like this to be started but got to know it's still in trial run process..pls get this live asap so even when are out somewhere we don't have to run to our laptops

This is the worst app. I am not able to set me location even. It is just showing unable to fatch your location. And every time I open app it's is asking for log in ..please resolve the issue

It says my Mobile number is not registered. It is waste of time to download

Getting your phone date is inaccurate? I have checked phone date n time, still getting same error.

It did not allow me to change my correct pickup location. Even it is showing wrong address..

Nice app but little changes are required you cannot select few things like can't update profile picture and booking schedule for upcoming days in advance etc

App might have added up with FAQ questions.. and once the office building location is set then how can we change our office building location if someone moved to other place in same city? And also is it a home pick and drop facility that is going to be started?

.. doesn't serve its purpose at all. I know its an enterprise app.. I am part of Genpact who has adopted this app for their employees.

The app is not picking up the correct address. Only showing the nearby places. Not my residence address
