Founded by Teresa & Bernard Applegate in the early 1960's, pioneers in the residential development of the region, most notably the prestigious Conchas Chinas neighborhood. Their knowledge and expertise in this field has been passed on to the second generation. The company is now owned and operated by their son, Moray Applegate, a pioneer in his own right.
