La reforma educativa en México es una reforma constitucional presentada por el presidente de la República, Enrique Peña Nieto, dentro del marco de los acuerdos y compromisos establecidos en el Pacto por México.

Fue aprobada por la Cámara de Diputados el 20 de diciembre de 2012 el Senado de la República el 21 de diciembre del mismo año. En febrero de 2013, la reforma fue declarada constitucional por el Poder Legislativo Federal, promulgada por el Ejecutivo el 25 de febrero de 2013 y publicada al día siguiente en el Diario Oficial de la Federación. El 10 de septiembre de 2013, Peña Nieto promulgó la reforma a la Ley General de Educación, la Ley del Instituto Nacional para la Evaluación de la Educación y la Ley General del Servicio Profesional Docente; los tres decretos fueron publicados en el Diario Oficial al día siguiente.

Education reform in Mexico is a constitutional reform presented by President of the Republic, Enrique Peña Nieto, within the framework of the agreements and commitments in the Pact for Mexico.

It was approved by the Chamber of Deputies on December 20, 2012 the Senate on December 21 the same year. In February 2013, the reform was declared constitutional by the Federal legislature, promulgated by the Executive on 25 February 2013 and published the next day in the Official Gazette. On September 10, 2013, Peña Nieto reform enacted the General Education Law, the Law of the National Institute for the Evaluation of Education and the General Teaching Professional Service Act; the three decrees were published in the Official Journal the next day.
