The CloudControl ™ spa control system by Bullfrog Spas is a cloud-based and WiFi enabled digital control system that lets you monitor and operate your spa from anywhere you have a WiFi or digital cellular signal. CloudControl™ allows you to monitor all your spa’s electronic settings remotely. You can also start the tub, change temperature settings, turn on lighting, control pumps, and adjust filtration settings from your smartphone, web-enabled device or tablet.

Exchanged the wifi unit for the new version (under warranty). Has been up for 5 days with zero issues. Able to connect outside of wifi. Updated the rating.

Tried with 4 different phones over a 2 year period. If I take the panel off the spa & use the magnet to reset the device, I can connect for 1 day. I can then sometimes power cycle the spa (turn off the breaker) & reconnect a few more times. Then it's back to removing the panel... Email to support, nothing... At least I didn't pay for the WiFi option on my spa - the dealer through it in.

It doesn't connect to my tub anymore and nothing that was recommended to fix it works. When it /did/ work, it was okay. They layout could be so much better!

The interface isn't great, but the conveniance it provides makes up for the bad user interface.

Ugly, with a weird layout, but I would still use it if only it would connect to the spa reliably. That may be the fault of the spa though.

Connects to our hot tub and does allow us to control temps, lights & jets. But the app is not pretty and the controls are very hard to see / use especially at night while in the hot tub. We want big buttons and easy to use widgets. I'd guess the demographic for this app isn't your 16 yr old high school kid so design the app for your audience or open source the code and I'll fix it. Drop the star rating to ONE star ..... the wifi will only stay connected for 2 - 3 days before it needs to be rest. Very sad.

Not a very intuitive interface, but functional. Spa disconnects after a day, and spa needs power cycle to reconnect (Yes, the spa, not the phone). Otherwise, works as expected.

This is, without a doubt, the worst app I've ever used. It cannot connect to the network, in fact, it cannot do anything without crashing. I've tried android and iPhone to no avail. Now I have to go outside to control my hot tub like some kind of animal.

Now that I fixed the problem with my router last week, it is connecting every time. No more connection issues. I mainly use it to swap between rest/ready mode.
