Still too high in sodium. This app needs to be updated.

An ad pops up almost every time I do something on the app. Also, the favorite food lookup is not finding easy things like "pizza" or "apple".

Not very user friendly. You have to know how much sodium you are willing to take then choose from the list (???). When you ate on a low sodium diet you need to know how much sodium you are getting. If you know how much sodium you wants to take then just get a simple calculator and use the labels. If you don't have labels you need to know how much sodium is in the item. If the lists were by alphabetical order you could find your item and found out the sodium amount. Instead you must know the sodium amount

Every click forces me to watch an ad first. Cant do an overall search for a food have to search each individual sodium category to find it which forces you to watch more ads

Decided to use this app while traveling so there are days I have to find the best low sodium option within fast food restaurants. A whopper without cheese from Burger King is NOT 300 mg like this app says. It is more like 800 according to BKs website which makes this a dangerous inaccuracy for anyone strictly needing to abide by a low sodium. If it is supposed to exclude condiments to lower the mg then it should say so.

This app has a very extensive list of zero and low sodium foods. I was excited to see a meal plan until I saw that the meals aren't as low sodium as I need (the meals suggested add up to about 2300 mg per day whereas I can only have 1500 mg) perhaps more meals with lower sodium levels could be added in the future?

Excellent sodium information, recipes and one week meal plan. It would be excellent if there were more recipes and meal plans. The sodium daily intake is actually being lowered to 1500mg for the general public not only for those with blood pressure and heart issues. Thank you for the free app.

I use meal plans for ideas and the numbers to track my sodium use daily. It is a major help to my heart health!

It's ok but it would be better if the total sodium was shown instead of per 100 g

Helps me keep my sodium at bay.

X70%

Excellent Easy to use. Very good interface. If you just want to look up the proteins, carbs etc, values of foods as I did, this is the best app I've found.

Very helpful carb foods database For years, I had been worried about slowly gaining weight. I had tried a few diets/methods that seemed sound but simply did not work for me. The main reason was that I was unable to control my eating habits. When I was hungry, I needed to eat NOW!!!! All too often, this caused me to forgo cooking at home and get fast food instead, due to the power of my cravings. Obviously, this is a bad thing. I knew this, but was unable to stop myself. Also, whenever I bought cookies or other sweets, I was unable to stop

My doctor suggests me to maintain my sodium amount and this app helps me a lot!!
