BIZZBY - On-Demand Services

Used this once, it is clever and efficient, yet I didn't have a particulary great experience. Looking for a plumber and thought I was dealing directly with the tradesman, yet was dealing with a property management company. My mistake. Prefer using Rated People as you see their ratings. They call back quickly and there is no middleman. Great app though.

Super service. The app was really helpful and gave a superb amount of detailed information, also made it really easy to communicate with the heating engineer. Worked nicely with my smart watch too.

Great app. It's really easy to book a service and give additional details. You can contact the provider with extra detail or to ask questions and they respond quickly. I've used one off clean a few times and the handyman as well - excellent! The app could notify you when a comment response has been sent, when the app isn't in use, but otherwise great!

App was ok, rubbish address finder, but no one was assigned to job, so gave up and book local chap directly, cost £25 instead of the quoted £69 ????

Very complicated. The rates r very high. Not useful... Waste

Great idea. But search results in google showed false advertisements for bizzby. I did not find any tutoring services using bizzby app

Great customer service, although think more companies are needed on board to speed up waiting times for cleaners.

Brilliant app. Only service I've found that lets you book cleaners the next day.

Have used this app 4-5 times and I believe pretty much every time there has been some minor problem. Keep using it because it's convenient though but right now I'm annoyed so it gets 5 stars.

I can't commit to a regular cleaner at a regular date and time so being able to get one as and when needed and not have to faff around with cash is helpful. If you want to try use my code JODIGOL and get £10 off. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is sometimes you have to wait a long time to get a cleaner and it's a bit more expensive then if you had one direct. I think worth it for the convenience:-)

Over charged, long wait and inefficient

What the hell. I was looking for pet care services and this app was suggested. The app is of no use for me. You wasted my time and money.

To those who are considering using this app. AVOID! As a business owner of the services they provide, I can tell you how unprepared and unprofessional their service is. They spam the hell out of us, provide no way of removing from their constant spam (we never signed up for this). When you reply, it's just an automated copy paste reply. They don't have companies waiting to work with you. They make a mad dash each time someone requests the services and will find any old company to fulfil the request. Not vetted, decent reputable companies. AVOID!

I type in my address and nothing happens, I can't select it. Then using maps it jumps 10 door numbers and mine is in the middle. I'm unable to book an end of tenancy cleaning now and it's disappointing, and a loss of business for you guys

I was searching on google for tv repair man and i found this app. So annoying i really don't understand why i have been given the suggestion to install this app. Prices according to Indian currency are way higher. And couldn't even find any tv guy.

There is no option for tutors...like violin tutor or for other music instruments

I have just spent 20 mins trying to set up this app. I wanted to place a job it wanted to know my location. I did everything right but it chose to pick every house on my close but mine. Then it chose to go to another road. This is too much like hard work I'll use other websites to find trades

Ordered a plumber thru bizzby, who turned up, charged me, failed to fix anything then left, promising repeatedly to return with with the correct parts. I was charged and there seems to be no recourse or feedback. Unlikely to be using this app again. Avoid.

There is so much hype around this platform. They are a UK based company so understanabley they default to currency and location there. But I went to the Californian landing page and hit book now. When I put in my local zip for a move service it suggested UK location before local ones and then quotes values in pounds. It then could find anybody to move my table and chairs, at any time. It looks like they've rushed into a market they have no coverage in and don't fully Calafornia.

This is a super convenient way of getting all sorts of services at your fingertips, everything is in one place, and the customer service was amazing!

Can you please explain why do I have transactions on my bank account from your company when I have never heard of you and never used your services?

Ive used their cleaning service over 10 times now and its great. Most times I have a cleaner cleaning my appartment within 1 hr of booking. And 9/10 cleaners have been great. 1 cleaner wasnt that good.. Bizzby got in touch after I gave her a low rating in the app and gave me credit for a free clean next time round. When u click install the disclaimer wants you to accept and grant permission to access personal media like camera photos etc....weird. Fishy...guess what install complete and no service available

The address finder is the stupidest thing I've ever seen. Why can't you just manually enter it. The closest I can get to my house is two doors down. It also seems to be really buggy and the costs for the services are much too high. I understand the need for some premium but it seems a lot higher than standard rates

The booking process is nice and simple and the prices all seem really reasonable. App is super easy to use, good work Bizzby!

It is not the service that is the problem. The girls that I had cleaning for me well on the most part excellent and above expectations. However three times bisbee have charged me the jobs at different addresses when my cleaners failed to showup... Plus the fact there is no contact telephone number... Most frustrating.

Doesn't pick up my address correctly, manually entering it just searches on the map, which can't find it. Sent feedback, got a notification on the app, app crashed trying to read it so I never saw the response, more effort than it's worth fighting the poor quality of the app.

App is nice enough to use, but a little buggy and frustrating at times. However, plumber that came caused air to get into our boiler. It was a simple fix but BLIZZBY refused to cover the cost, despite it being caused by their workman. Given you pay a bit on top in the first place, it's not worth it.

Really good app. Would recommend!

The app is easy to use and does the basic job, it would be great to give ranges of available time when you are at home so the person can come. Sometimes it would be good to be sure someone is available to do the work, we rent in Airbnb and having cleaning the next day is not an option

You need my mobile number for me to even enter the app? Have a 1 star rating on me. I can also see that another user was harrased by these people after entering their phone number and leaving negative feedback. AVOID THIS PRODUCT.

Could give it more stars but just says loading. What a rubbish app.
