Artooning offers a large variety of effects for your photos including cartoon, pastel, color stroke, pencil, oil, white strokes, sepia, gray-scale, sketch and more. It helps you to edit and modify your images with cool effects!
Also you can edit your photos and change the brightness, contrast, saturation, tint, posterize, warm, cool and blur.

I just love how creative I can get with my photos using this fun app. I've gotten lot's of compliments when I share my photos on social media cites and most people assume I used an expensive program like Photoshop spending a long time to manipulate my photographs so artistically. They're blown away once I tell them I made them using a free app on my smartphone in mere minutes.
