이를 위해 아래의 5대 비전을 실천해 갑니다.
1. 성령의 임재를 깊이 느끼는 예배 공동체 (Worship-Centered Community)
- 성령의 기름 부으심이 넘치는 예배를 경험하게 한다

2. 성도를 말씀으로 세우는 훈련 공동체 (Discipleship-Centered Community)
- 제자훈련과 말씀 나눔을 통한 훈련을 중요한 사역가치로 삼는다.

3. 사랑과 나눔의 교제 공동체 (Fellowship-Centered Community)
- 사랑가운데서 서로 이해하고 존중함으로 성도간의 교제를 중시한다.

4. 그리스도의 몸을 세워가는 사역 공동체 (Ministry-Centered Community)
- 1인 1사역을 목표로 평신도 사역을 감당하게 한다.

5. 위대한 명령에 순종하는 선교 공동체 (Mission-Centered Community)
- 국내전도, 해외 선교를 등촌제일교회 대내외 사역의 우선순위를 삼는다.
