Available for Privilege, Privilege Premier, smile more and Credit Card Plus account holders who have chosen the Airport Lounge Passes additional benefit.
Through this app you can view everything you need to know about your Airport Lounge Passes benefit including lounge locations, facilities available and your free visit entitlement. You can search for lounges by country, city or airport, or using the ‘near me’ GPS button. It even includes a digital version of your membership card so you can access lounges using your smartphone.
Additional visits required for you or any guests can also be purchased through the app, and provides secure storage for your payment card information.

It's been about 6 months since first reporting issues with this app, namely that the lounge activity is incorrect..tons of emails, calls and complaints later... it's still unresolved and all they can say is reinstall even though you do that and it's doesn't fix the issue.

Cannot register. App gives stupid, unhelpful message that just says something went wrong. Tried calling but got a message saying that due to excessive demand I cannot be connected. At 20:30! Really? Cannot register online because the website needs a policy number. What is the point of an app you cannot register?

As others have said, there's a problem that means I couldn't register on the app without calling the help desk... Only to be told to register on the web first (google 'cooperative dragon pass') which worked. Once you're in, the search function regularly fails.

Downloaded the app, it showed as registered and active with my free passes clearly showing on my phone but when I tried to use it in two airports it wasnt showing on the Dragonpass system. Having endured a 12 hour flight and a 30 minute queue to get to check into the lounge we were refused access. Staff expect the app to be intereactive and to be able to click on the free pass icon but this is clearly not the case. It was really embarassing and we had to walk away in spite of having available passes. Reluctant to attempt to use it again.

Not impressive start. Had to call Smile only to go through 6 different options to then be told I had to wait on hold until they put me through to someone else. Needless to say I didn't hold on.... Tried again on 9 jan hoping thing had been fixed. Unfortunately not.

As many here are experiencing it is not possible to register as the app continually returns a no connection error.

Rang the helpline in October to be told after a long wait "you are not the only one with this problem." still not working for Samsung galaxy.

Keep getting message that unfortunately airport lounge has close on hudl 2. App is unusable. I have uninstalled and reinstalled,cleared cache etc. Still not working
