North Coast 500

The app promises much but delivers little. Make a cup of tea while you wait for the interactive map to load. Look at itineraries and look for B&B's...have fun with that. Basically it's useless. You'll have far more success with Google maps than this.

Can't use all the features as I get frequent "Unfortunately North Coast 500 has stopped" messages!

Not had a real chance to try it yet, just getting ready for a trip Easter time maybe, looks okay, and seems to work offline apart from the obvious bit :) :) Why no mention of it being an offline app though, trick missed.

This is actually worse than not having an app. No help at all.

Map text unreadable on a high resolution smartphone so a pointless app.

Terrible pointless app. Use the website, Google maps....

Needs further development as the route sections just return to main map...

Was a good app until the last update now anything with a map involved is a waste of time please get rid of your map supplier and use Google maps ! Ruined because of maps

Excellent detailed mapping but in the itinerary section 'Highlights' is missing??? Can you please add so as information is the same as the website. This is the guide we wish to follow on a coming trip

Is it just me and Sony Z1 but this app doesn't work? Not app related but just look at the prices hotels and B&B's are charging if you can even get booked. Might give up and do West Coast of Ireland again. No problem booking and better value for money. Shame as I want to spend my money in my home country but it's too expensive.

Dreadful does not work on Galaxy note 4. No interactive maps and just crashes. Really poor given how much they are trying to market this route

Traveling to this region in August and was excited at the prospect of having this app. Hate that it does not work.

Just downloaded and tried to inititialise the map. The app froze and the only escape was to remove battery from phone. Tried 4 times to do this but to no avail.

Map won't initialise on Android 6 phone, or Android 5 pad so not at all helpful. Update 14/03/16 - contacted developer by email and they have sorted out the update that went astray so now works as designed.

A handy little app most of which, including the map, will work off-line. Which is pretty useful given mobile coverage or lack of it on parts of the NC500.

Rubbish, tried loading it twice now, the interactive mapping just says it's initializing and does nothing. Waste of time.

Most of app excellent but interactive map will not load. Very disappointed.

The interactive map hangs every time on a Samsung S4. Just a black screen. Totally useless.

Map doesn't work

The whole point of the app is to provide offline access to the interactive map and route sections. So for the maps to fail and crash your phone is totally ridiculous. Don't waste your time, use Google maps instead.
