Ripoff. Paid for a one year subscription after updates can not log back in. Not like it work anyway always would log me out and not do the one thing I got it for. Weather warnings and alerts. If. That is a big if it did send the alert it was days late. What good is that. I live in the middle of nowhere. The county I live in does subscribe to Code Red in fact they encourage us to use it.

I had a bit of trouble with renewing my subscription, but after talking with the company themselves they were able to finally get it fixed. This is a great app to have for bad weather alerts.

Irma is coming our way and this stupid app just signs you out without telling you. So,unless you log back in by yourself every 10 mins. you won't get an alert at all. Disappointing.

DO NOT DOWN LOAD This app. The customer support is atrocious. I have paid for the local westher alerts and after numerous calls they have still not allowed me access to them. Terrible support! Terrible!

Useless...indicates there are alerts but can't read anything about them. There was a huge fire near my location and not able to see anything about them.

Had this app for 6 months now and haven't had any issues. Works as described and in my community. Very pleased

Subscribed through play store all it does for 1 month now is say error occurred please try later!

Not enough alerts. Current Firestorm in northern California and less than one alert per day! Situation is changing daily often more frequently and one one alert in last few days.

Worked great until the update, paid for my new subscription, now it just says my subscription is expired,and then I get an error message.

I cannot log in and have all my information in front of me and it says it not correct info! I'm ready to uninstall

Paid for the subscription and it's not working. Says subscription has expired. What the heck? I JUST PAID FOR IT!! You have my money!!

Downloaded this app to help with info during the hurricane and once I paid for the subscription so I could get weather updates, I couldn't get back into my account, so it did me no good.

Can you help with subscription fails? I've been charged, but it is not working.

This app has started giving the same warning over and over a few minutes apart. Also could use more granular selections as to the type of warnings the user is interested in.

I never received a single alert from this app. The radio and television were more reliable.

Subscription expired. Unable to renew.

Problem solved thanks to Bob. Working great now.

How do you set it for a fixed location 2000 miles or more away?

I bad weather or something else happens good warning system

Worked for about 2 hours and stopped

Since the last update this app has failed miserably AND THE CONTACT INFORMATION EMAIL IS NOT VALID....I paid for the enhanced weather alerts but the app doesn't recognize it!!!!

Like others here, I paid for the renewal of subscription and now it says I don't have one. All I needed was the weather and the bugs in the app make it impossible.

This app is much better than before now that they worked out bugs This app keeps me well informed about community alerts and weather warnings

This app is awesome because I live in a area that is wildfire country. Thanks feel much safer

App told me I needed to renew for weather alerts. I paid for the renewal and it is still telling me my subscription is expired. We live out in the country away from tornado sirens and needed this to alert us during severe weather. Please fix or refund my money!

Not ready for Alaska residents! I was hoping this app would work for Anchorage and the Matanuska Susitna Valley. I use a Galaxy S6 on AT&T network and for what ever reason their network doesn't alert to Emergency notifications such as child abductions or lost senior citizens. Even though we've {unfortunately} had a couple child abductions. We get plenty of "Emergency Weather Alerts" that break into TV & Radio. At this point I'm giving the app a single ✡️. I tried contacting support after installation, not long after we had an alert for a "Blizzard" and never heard back. Perhaps they will contact me after this review. I can't - won't recommend this application.

Logs you out all the time which is frustrating, and gives alerts outside of my area all the time. Need a way to set it for just the area I need not the whole dang U.S.A.

Alerts for wrong location - and they are loud, frequent.

Automatically logs out and I need to resubmit my credentials every time I open the app.

Awesome app, keeps me informed of emergency situations around me.

Why does it log me out?

Won't work unless location services is turned on. I don't keep it on. Many other apps let you set a location manually. I don't care about it following me through geolocation. I'm only in 2 cities right beside each other I don't go traveling around so I want to be able to set my hometown and turn off my location services

Totally useless. I installed it last night, paid for it and then discovered that there was no alarm sound like ones I had on previous warning phones. Asked for a refund within the hour. Have yet to receive it as they advertised in the description.

We are under a Tornado watch and this emergency app doesn't know it... worthless! I use to get warnings until it asked me to pay for it...now nothing! I want a refund Yes it was issued from NWS... It was on the news... Bar streaming in red "National weather service has issued"..that's when I look and say why has my phone said anything?
