Ensogo – Shop what you love

Two outstanding orders still not yet delivered but paid. And all deal records online have been deleted and can't even locate and contact any customer service. No phone contact. Only send feedback form but no respond. Heard Ensogo didn't pay many suppliers. Is my money gone with Ensogo? But app still running as if no problem. Don't buy until they rectify and release a press notification.

A waste of time! Thought the problem was with my internet connection, so I tried to install this app twice. But naaah! It kept on saying it couldn't reach the server. Kindly fix this issue.

Just wasted my hard earned money! Ordered Polo Ralph Lauren men's perfume on sale @ 950 w/c turned out to be FAKE! Scent would only last for seconds. The digital weighing scale won't even power on, WORST PART is,I haven't received the sandals I ordered. Ordered May 01, they said it would be delivered by JULY 14, so freaking stupid. They emailed me last June 16 saying the item isn't available anymore till now haven't got the refund

The bloody app doesn't connect to their server at all, even though I have a perfectly working Internet connection. Every other app works fine except this. Annoying

Most useless app ever. Do not download this. You cant even buy anything. The payment mode cant be selected so you wont be able to really purchase anything. Such a waste!

Beware: Ensogo Philippines and mostly SE Asia shutdown since 6/20/2016. Lots of seller still have pending withdrawal funds from Ensogo. No more refunds from buyer who didn't received their items. Give us back our hard earned money!!!

I used this app for several years and it was great. Now, ''can't connect to the server'' and even their website doesn't work. Something must have happened to them.

I ordered and paid two clothes online months ago and didnt came to me . Asked their customer service for my item but didnt reply up till now. What kind of service is it.!

Unable to link to check out page, I try it many times. I even try the website on my computer. It just kept refreshing the checkout page and cannot link to payment page.

A scam! Denials of recipient. Product paid but nothing was sent! Several cases had been reported to CASE. SHAME ON YOU!

I bought 2 bottles of prenatal vitamins, received the products but I realized that the products was expired for 2 months already. Called the CS,the seller collected the products right in the middle of the night...no kidding,12 o'clock midnight...but never give back my money ...

Its so delay. And u need to fallow up every other day and they say always your message is very important but after all u waisting your time like my order #4214088 and 4233712 start on month of Feb. Two months past I decided to refund until now still fallow up and waiting. Its cost over all one thousand something hoping ENSOGO company action on this matter.

Stuck at the loading page

Opened the app and just freezes there. Sent an email on the 6th Jan 2017 but have not receive any replies

All the deals HERE are money waste. I ordered a perfume, they say it was authentic means original... but when it delivered to me, it is a FAKE!!! I called the ensogo and reported it, they said that they will REFUND MY MONEY. BUT AFTER WAITING FOR 3 MONTHS UP TO NOW THEY'RE NOT GAVE MY MONEY BACK. And now i cant open there website, and i cant reached the number that i've used to call before. Very very very disappointed. ENSOGO GET My thousands of thousands money.BELIEVE ME YOU CANT TRUST THIS SHOPPING ONLINE

Your app won't even open and before won't even allow me to purchase and item

After installing and clicking 'open' the app just freezes! I reinstalled the app and it freezes again when I click open. Haih...waste my time
