Mobile Security & Antivirus

I am unable to activate my license brought from google play. I send 2 msg via the app customer support link and not 1 reply came back. Check thier q&a but problem could not resolved. Have been using them on my laptop and smartphone. First time installing on my tablet using license brought online. Do no, repeat do not buy online license. Installation support sucks

I have to give this program 5 stars because it is the only app of its kind to detect the malware on my device. I tried at least 6 other high rated security AV apps and ESET is the only one that worked. Has a bug that closes all recently used apps if it is closed. Very annoying. SUGGESTION: give returning customers motivation to continue subscriptions by giving them a decent discount.

I want to bring eset's attention to this topic... Talking about the antivirus software: it's nice and efficient. It immediately removed 24 viruses from my phone (UPDATE: It now runs much more lighter in the background...). THE MAJOR DOWN SIDE: The mobile security is really costly over the website. I got this on amazon india for less than 400 INR and eset is charging me around $15 (that's around a 1000 INR). Why can't eset just make pricing a little more cheaper??? $10 would sound much better..... 4/5 stars. UPDATE: eset is basically forcing me to give it a 5 start rating by replying to my post, but sorry, u can't change my ratings... That's how I feel about eset unless they change their costs...

I've used ESET on our desktop and laptop computers since 2005. Best anti-virus / anti-malware available. I have this on all of our devices (9). The free app for phones and tablets is excellent protection. Buy the premium version (we have a multi-device license) and get even more protection... anti-theft / device recovery, anti-phishing, and more.

Haven't had any problems using this. Just remember to get updates daily or 4x a week.

I was using McAfee live safe for last 3 years. And currently, m using ESET for mobile security. In ESET, antitheft features are not working properly and no Siren at all. Whereas, Siren plays a major role, for attention grabbing or to get back your phone. I lost my phone, 1.5+ yrs before as, someone had taken it. But, I got back my phone within 5 hours, only because of McAfee Mobile security/LiveSafe, specially for it's loud n noisy Siren. Also, apps lock feature is not available in ESET, bt McAfee gives.:-)

After the update eset will not go past please wait . Its been 3 hours. Restarted mobile and started again still same issue. Un installing

Hello.What you update this app??Version 3.5.80 have issues about ignored threats list not work.New version 3.5.95 still same problem.Very sad.I stop using ESET.Uninstall.

I have eset installed on my other phones but on this phone i got a virus then i installed eset but it stuck on "select an account screen". I did everything's ng i can but it isnt solving. Then i emailed them before writing review here but after a few exchange of emails they stop replying.. They should look into this problem and if the problem is above their representers head he should ask someone who knows to intervene and most importantly if they are unable to solve pls DO REPLY THAT THAT WAS ALL WE CAN DO SORRY FOR INCONVENIENCE instead of just ignoring emails. Update: after few days eset released an official update after which the problem was solved. So all 5 stars restored :-)

Its great. I love it on my smartphone. Has no issues and protects my device efficiently. But can i use the same license to have the same kind of protection for my laptop? I just bought one and i need eset for it ASAP. Please respond.

Solid security solution. There are many fake apps even on Google Play, it's necessary to filter them out.

Not only did I buy a license through the Google Play, it didn't activate my license. So I paid for a product, that I didn't get the full version of. Do not buy this product via Google Play.

Ive used it for over 8 years, no point in going else where to save a few bucks! Ive tryed.

Impressive antivirus. It preserves 5 star rating if it add some new features like parental control, and safe web search filter for all browsers(mostly famous browsers) Thank you for your support eset team.

I have a code to add in that adds a month but I can't find where to add the code to that so I tried to remove the app but app refuse to be removed.

Please add SDcard scan for virus.... Also try to half cost in yearly subscription if possible.......

anti phishing now working but the app is causing other apps to misbehave your app is effecting battery with issues i don't understand I've sorted cache problem out uninstalled reinstalled many times reset phone to factory settings just to get my phone to charge i don't know if it's a kernel problem or just keep at install uninstall feel free to email me with suggestions of what may help
