For managing events, this does a very good job. Suggested improvements: 1) provide waiting list visibility. 2) provide a means of getting the event URL (short and long). Otherwise all good.

Please fix this Once the guest or attendees cancelled or refunded in an event, this scanner will still accept it. The scanner must not accept or not allowed to check-in the cancelled attendees. I encounter this problem when a banned attendee purchased one of my event and I canceled his order but still the scanner allowed him to check in the QR code scanner.

The app works well overall. But it can be glitchy. It does not work as seamlessly as the apple version. I know because I used two different devices to check in on the same night. Specifically, name and emails from at the door sales do not populate in the Android version. I can see this as problematic for developing future mailing lists and researching orders if a problem occurs. Eventbrite should resolve this issue. 01/13/17 Update - The app is less glitchy, however, Eventbrite still hasn't resolved the issue with collecting names and email addresses for android devices.

I love this app. As an event planner it offers exactly what I need to setup events to capture a pretty adequate guest list. There are some small differences when switching between android, iOS, and Window versions but nothing that causes extreme confusion.

Looks like a nice app. It is missing the event creation functionality. Why is that? I'm on the go a lot and being able to create an event from my phone would be a great productivity booster.

We purchased BOCA printers with Bluetooth based on instructions from eventbrite only to discover too late that they only work with the Apple version of the app and NOT Android. This needs to be stated explicitly.

My wife and I spent 40 dollars on an event that was advertised for June 10th called Atlanta live pool party. The event was scheduled to begin at 6:00pm and run till 1:00am. My wife and I are from out of town on vacation and thought this would be a good service to find things to do in Atlanta but once we arrived at the specified location on the event we discovered that the event was located at a boys and girls club and when we asked employees about where the event was at they were confused. IT TURNS OUT THAT THERE WAS NEVER AN EVENT SCHEDULED FOR JUNE 10 AT THE BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB AND THE EVENT WAS FAKE. EVENTBRITE TOOK MY MONEY without confirming that this was a ligament event. If Eventbrite feels comfortable taking money for fraudulent services then it seems to me eventbrite is not a legitimate business
