If I have no credit and I need help it doesn't seem to work. I tried sending help alerts but it keeps saying "sorry, that was a false alarm. I'm not in any type of trouble" .... that's craziness!

It's a good app so far. My only issue is that I have alerts set for 3 minutes, and it's sending every minute draining my battery faster and making it difficult for my contacts to make phone calls, like calling the police. Also I can't find a way to change the frequency. The reason for the pin is so someone else can't shut it off

Good app overall. Needs a little work in terms of modifying your messages and maybe adding camera shots of front and back camera and voice recording. All in all good app

Truthfully, I downloaded the app before reading the reviews. When I did come around to reading the reviews, I was surprised that most of them are negative. I know it has had its issues. I also experienced the false alarms sent to my emergency contacts but they seemed to have resolved themselves after awhile. I have faith that this app can be improved. I've given my feedback to the developers and they are more than happy to make the suggested improvements.

It won't let me continue adding contacts. Even with 2 numbers and emails it still says add contact info. Useless.

After entering contact details I could not transfer to the step 2, keep pressing button Next and nothing happens. When I tried without entering contacts, I've been transfered to step 2. This is nonsense.

Sends false alarm. Of no use!

I think the registration is confusing. It needs improvement on alarm triggering. I see no advantage in required PIN access.

Constantly setting off false alarms due to turning the screen on and off. The developer should make the number of power button presses to activate the alarm configurable. If this was fixed I'd rate it 5 stars.

Not very user friendly and of course they want money for the better full version.

I want to just disable the shake alert , because I sent everyday a lot of false alerts , even when I use only button ! , it automatically send messages , and that make more than 20 persons call me to check if I am okay or no after I send them sorry it's false .

Keeps sending false alarms, even when I set it to alert with the button only. At this point if I were actually in a situation my family would just think it's another false alarm.

The power button feature is what makes this program better than others. However, it is not perfect. The button feature is not customizable and only three presses in series is too few to positively avoid false activation; something that is paramount in a program used in an emergency. Also, custom messages can make the SOS seem less like spam to your loved ones and provide them with more detailed instructions. I had several false alarms due to delayed screen waking and conflicts with other aps.

I wish phones came pre-installed with this

i use galaxy fit mobile and i dont see next button in 3rd step as the screen is small it would be gr8 if it can be resolved

i filled all the details and its saying to add emergency contact details

Idea is really good but it randomly starts itself and spams the emergency contact. Still quite buggy, when this is resolved I would download again. Using on a Samsung S4.

I think this is an amazing idea and would love to buy the upgraded version. However, one of the biggest feature is the shake and it's so hard to pass the set shake limit section. I've shaken my phone vigorously for so long and nothing! Then when it finally works and I got to finish the whole process, I tried shaking it and nothing. No alarm. No text. When I pushed the alert button a text went out which is great but in order to get to the alert button I have to log in with my 4 digit code. The only reason I'm keeping the app is because you can trigger the alarm by pushing the power button 3 times. That's genius. It's much more discreet than you shaking your phone like an idiot when you're trying to run from bad guys. Since the shaking isn't working on my phone it makes me wonder how glitchy the app is and whether or not it would work if I need it since there's no feedback once I push the power button to set off the alarm. Obviously a feedback could backfire and let the dangerous person know you've sent off a distress signal so I'm ok without one. But I just wish the app worked as smoothly as advertised so I feel more comfortable depending on it

It is asking for valid email id, even that i gave all my emails already, so i cant finish setting it up....

With shake limit set, I got tons of false alarms. And I had shook as hard as I could. I. An emergency, I would not want to do that in front of someone dangerous. I wrote the company, they told me to go to the next version and use the power button 3 times instead of the shake. Tried that. Still getting too many false alarms. Going to have to uninstall.
