As usual SFF has a great easy to use all in one app. No need to print out or remember tickets. Love the SFF and love the app, I wish other festivals would follow suite.

T70%
by T####:

Wish that when you vote on a film you could go back to the film listing rather than the account page and have to find your film again

F70%
by F####:

Great app. All info right there. No need to carry tickets.

T70%
by T####:

Buggy, poorly designed app

W70%
by W####:

While the app certainly still doesn't have perfect functionality, it is a pretty significant improvement on the offering for previous festivals! Great that you can finally vote for a film straight off the app! Not so good that you have to be signed in to buy tickets...

C70%
by C####:

And look its pretty good - a few bits of added functionality would be cool. Like, wouldnt it be great if the 'my tickets' section linked to the 'about this film' section, so when I'm trying to convince friends to come with me, all the info is easy to access?! :) and click-able movie trailers in the 'about' section too..

by C####:

Nearly gave up with the bizarro scrolling. Slow deep breaths and several attempts were required but the rest was great. Liking the e-ticketting

T70%
by T####:

Makes selecting films and buying tix super easy. Would be good if the voting option was available on android.

J70%
by J####:

I used the app for ticket display and ratings, and I see that purchasing additional tickets would be easy. I'll be happy to use again for next year.

C70%

Not intuitive at all ,too much remembering

C70%
by C####:

Love that all the tickets are here!

Pretty good app. Works well on Samsung Galaxy S3 & Note 10.1. Bit choppy when scrolling through the selection of films. Unfortunately unable to make your own seat selection when booking through the app - given a predetermined seat - unlike the website. Otherwise the best & fastest way to present your tickets at the cinema! *2016 update* -- Device: Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. Still remains the easiest & fastest way to book tickets however still no option to select your seats for allocated seated sessions.

The app doesn't even do what it says it's doing. Alphabetical list is not working either. I'd also like to browse also by director and by country. That's not even on offer.

C70%
by C####:

2016 In previous years I could easily use the star button to mark films I'm interested in. This year when I tap the heart symbol the list of films jumps to another place altogether and then when I scroll back I find films OTHER than the ones I've chosen have been favourited but the one I tapped on has not. Hopeless. Samsung S5 hardly an unusual device. And I've uninstalled and reinstalled. Problem persists.

A great overview and handy app for an excellent festival!

Omg had to deleat this stupid app and install it again, come on it's 2014, let's please get things right, if I have to go to my movie tomorrow and it doesn't open I'm going to be disappointed again

Basic but does the job. Would be good to be able to vote with app on android device.

Film festival booking. And program

X70%
by X####:

Like that you can store tickets and purchase, but it could be better for browsing the program and finding films that are similar to your taste.

X70%
by X####:

Did what it's supposed to.

E70%

Not very user friendly this year

X70%

Intuitive and easy to use

K70%

make it so easy to book films quickly.

L70%
by L####:

It's not a bad app. My biggest gripe is when you search for sessions via date...you still have to scroll through all the sessions that have already screened since the start of the festival.

Love this year app with share to facebook and Twitter feature!

V70%
by V####:

Useless. Nothing shows up at all

H70%

Ordered on computer but my purchases aren't showing in the MyTicket section.

K70%

No information ever shows. May as well use the website.

D70%
by D####:

Does not see my purchased tickets or wishlist.

O70%
by O####:

Browse films, sessions, edit/review wish list, book tickets, all in one spot. Helps break down the overwhelming program. Only complaint is it doesn't log you in automatically on start up.

V70%
by V####:

Although it has little flows here and there, and missing a few key functions including voting, I still enjoyed the convenience of tickets, wishlist, and schedule. I didn't link my SFF account to Facebook but if it does, would it have synchronized with my calendar and given me reminder message?

D70%
by D####:

i used the app last year and it worked perfectly; now it tells me the new app is not compatible with my phone. i'm buggered if i'm going to buy a new phone for this year's app. is the sff in cahoots with samsung to generate new sales?

D70%
by D####:

I had SFF tickets on this phone last year. This year Google store tells me no version of the app for my phone. No other app singles out my phone from other Androids. Not happy.

D70%
by D####:

Uninstall this app, but it leaves behind a huge pile of photos in your image folder

U70%
by U####:

Love the app, very easy to use!

D70%

Great to have a decent andriod app for sff

N70%
by N####:

As usual SFF has a great to use all in one app. No need to print out tickets or remember to have them with you. Buy a flexipass and you can just add films as you go along and as others want to join. Love the SFF and love the app I just wish other festivals and events would follow.
