I have run this several times and it always says that it has successfully removed app ops, but it is still there.

This does not remove App Ops on Marshmallow. There is not a way to remove the App Ops app on a system running Marshmallow.

It does exactly what it says! Nothing more, nothing less. Definitely worth the $0.00 I paid! Completely useless unless you want to get rid of app ops! UNINSTALLING!!!

I'm still on lollipop, so I can't speak for marshmallow. For me, this app disabled the other. Then I was able to remove both apps as normal. Not sure why this one was even necessary though.
