Royalty Rewards Member App

App is functionally useless. Take a photo of your rewards card and don't waste your time. This app literally gave me a migraine!

This app used to work great to keep track of my rewards. Got a new phone and tried to log back into my account after downloading the app. Now all I have is a barcode and no way to see my reward amounts. Please fix this! Also, it would be nice to have the option to add more than one card since many restaurants in my area use Royalty rewards.

Guys I have had 2 major problems in my member (?) and account number validation. Obvious no debugging testing or format management happening that makes for consumer confusion and complexityl. Graphic interface very rough and plain and looks very "cross platform tool" rough. If Stuttafords paid hundreds of thousands of rands for this they were robbed.....

Just installed and hating already. It requires a lot of personal info, earned rewards are mailed, not available in app, there are hardly any UI options, account information is unavailable for updating, it requires a separate Barcode scanner app be downloaded which requires tons of unnecessary permissions,and it isn't even showing the promised points for using it with the vendor. It is basically nothing more than a way to get spammed as far as I can tell. I will be uninstalling immediately.

This app sucks. It shows me my reward card's bar code but doesn't let me do anything else. I don't see any of the screens shown on this app's page. Back button doesn't work either. POS app.

only shows member barcode. none of these menus or any other feature displayed on the pictures is in the actual app. if this wasn't a free app, would be fraudulent advertising.

App never remembers me or my card, so I am constantly trying to find my card number, and the Barcode scanner scans, but then the app doesn't do anything with the scan. Luckily there's a website so I can skip the app.

The actual p.o. looks nothing like this it doesn't allow me to see my rewards only my member card

Never got it to work. How do I know what the merchant number is?!? No place to enter it if I did know.

This app should allow more than one rewards card to be added. I have multiple cards from different merchants and would like the ability to add them. Other than that it is a great tool to help unclutter my wallet.

Back button does not exit app

Unable to update password using app, must go online, but it's OK. It shows past TOTAL purchases, but not actual items...bummer. Doesn't refresh or update recent purchases...

Why does this APP need access to my camera or files? What do you want to do? Spy on me? No thanks. I love this app but I don't think you need access to certain things in my phone.

What does that mean? I can't join....

My rewards account number is only 8 digits. Yet the app asks for a 16 digit number! What gives?

Cannot enter password

I can't even get this app to download onto my phone. Looking at the reviews I think that may be a blessing in disguise.

I have lost my card to our favorit place to eat

As far as I can tell, you can only store 1 Royalty. I have 2 and it is inconvenient to keep reentering the number to get to the information on the other one. Would still have to carry both cards.

Excellent selection

I received a coupon for my birthday. Up to 20.00 entree for Alodias cucina italiana . I initially thought it to be a scam however it was honored. I got something for 12.49 do a free meal. I will be going back to use my $10.00 coupon to save money on my next meal.

Had the email confirmation instantly after submitting my email address. Make sure you have Android 2.2 at the least. Go get it!

We love the location on Fallbrook. We have been dining there for around 20 years and we have never been disappointed. The food is always fresh and well prepared. The salad is the coldest and crispiest in town. Love the way it is chopped and the dressing selection is really good. The staff is always courteous and makes us feel like they are glad to see us. Thank you!

Used to be able to see merchants. Can't even see on the web site.

I've tried loading the app 3 times on my Galaxy Ace II, and the card tab won't take me to the 'edit' screen so can't get past the first screen. Very disappointing as I lost my bar code card some time back and this would have been VERY useful. :( Please fix!

I have a Galaxy 4. No menu items so cant even register my card. UGH.

Installed the May 13, 2013 version and did not have any problems. Would like to have the ability to see what other merchants are a part of this program so that I can patronize them.

You can't enter your name on the home page. Can't enter your login info. What's the point of having this app.
