On demand microphone scan: at any moment, open the app and scan the microphone status to determine if it’s currently in use or not.
Set a microphone watchdog: enable a silent watchdog that will detect and warn you when the microphone is in use by an unauthorized application. Sometimes the watchdog will be able to detect which app is using the microphone, while other times you will have the opportunity to review all the apps that required audio recording permission. If you trust the app, you can add it to the whitelist.
Set a microphone blocker: enable a temporal microphone blocker that will prevent any application from using the microphone to record audio. This is the perfect solution for your private meetings or room conversations.
Manage microphone-related apps: take a look at the applications that have requested permission to record audio. If you suspect an app is invading your privacy, you can uninstall it directly from Spy Mic Bodyguard.

had a crash last I scanned the mic and it just spun then I pressed the back arrow and it force closed. checking again. Edit ran second check and it was secure.

Great app to improve privacy and security in the smartphones, cause having an anti-virus protection app doesn't mean a complete security. Definitely recommended.

I ran a sound monitoring app that actively uses the microphone and after 5 minutes there were still no alerts. I set the Watchdog to the paranoid setting and confirmed that the app I was running was not in the "whitelist". Using the same audio monitoring app I tested the mic blocking and it worked by giving an error. I confirmed that the mic was not working with the block active. Nvidia Shield

Much better! I love the App Management features that allows full monitoring and control of spying apps. ... Prior Review: "Not Free, as it claims. Actual mic blocking only lasts a few mins at a time. Uninstalling. I will say that it has lots of promising features and will warn you of apps that are spying and allows you to manage them."

Like the app but having a problem, when a activate watchdog and try to use shazam it gives me a warning and thats good, i put shazam on the white list and try to use it again, shazam says another app is using the microphone same with svoice, i was hoping this app could find my problem.

I really liked this app and for me it made a lot of sense. I honestly never thought about other applications using my mic and the ability of them to record my conversations. This app will allow me to now know if that is happening. Good idea...

I like this app he'll of a lot but I am a little concerned, once I pressed block mic I tried to open up a mic recorder to test this app, the recorder app said cannot open whilst other apps are recording, does that mean that even this app itself records audio. thanks

Great app. I can't trust some apps that requested "record audio" permission but I need to have these installed, so this app is perfect to warn me when the microphone is in use. Nice idea!

I have given less rating because of this app media permission need. Why any microphone blocker need media like photos, videos, audio permission? Otherwise great antispy utility app
