Hangouts

The one thing it really needs is an enter/return button. I don't know about anyone else but I never use that smiley button where an enter button should be. If you could add that option to this app I'd love it even more than I already do. Now we can't even use it for SMS anymore? I will continue using Samsung messages instead.

Never ever have I had to use this useless app. It's pre-installed with no possibility to remove it. Which is infuriating. The free messaging and video calling is already available within the messenger app which is also pre-installed and which people really use on a daily basis. Screw this app, nobody needs it, you could've at least made it possible to delete it off our phones.

This app was my go-to before they took away sms messaging. Hangouts isn't useful outside of sending instant messages around the office. Now I'm forced to use stock Samsung messenger which leaves much to be desired.

i would like a way to share screens on mobile devices please i mean i would like to see what people are doing on their Mobile Devices when im in a call cause sometimes they have something to show you and taking a screenshot like i do is very annoying

Does what it says but doesn't do any of it particularly well. Ridiculous interface that makes you delete one message at a time if you're trying to clean up.

Severe problems in calls!! Sometimes the other party connects to us in 2 or 3 video windows, with his voice repeating with 2-3 echo reflexes!! In addition, I cannot delete the old messages!!!

I'm using this app for a long time but recently I noticed that when using group call, the person's voice is echoed in the channel ie he is able to hear himself while he speaks. Also the calls are never disconnected.

Takes a lot of time in syncing. Searching for a chat also takes a lot of time. Loading a new conversation with a person takes ages. Such a slow product is not expected by a company like Google

There are some flaws in the calling feature.. And also we cant send audio files through this app..otherwise good and decent..

Doesn't make the call through my Bluetooth headset. Doesn't work for video calls in hangouts or with the new dialer. Headset works fine in other apps.

It's good but notification bad I don't know if anyone send any Msg until I open the app it self ...fix this please

It's a good messaging app, but the call function is very glitchy.

Messaging works great and video calls work well, but sending pictures is slow (compared to FB Messenger or Snapchat).
