This application allows you to: 1) View and manage support tickets, 2) Create and send ticket replies, 3) Use Predefined Replies and Knowledge Base articles. You can also create new support tickets, change ticket statuses, and assign tickets to staff users.

Unintuitive, feels clunky. Should be customizable - my users need to see the company name, not h2desk's name. And it should be themable to match the website.
