1. Even if you add to cart and don't checkout, HJ would call and forcefully schedule it even you aren't sure when you are ready for repair. 2. Scheduling in app is just for documentation, the person would call and or arrive at his convenience... For 8 pm scheduled repair the technician arrives at 4:30 pm itself. And if you have cancel it they still charge 99/-. 3. Can't expect quality work when someone's is only focus is to make money. 4. Something positive to say... App is user friendly, service charges and exclusion are clearly mentioned, communication over sms and email is good... Just the attitude of technician got it all down.

Worst service.. They called my atleast 8 times and every time I had to talk to a different person to tell them that the service guys didn't do the service but just cleaned the air filter and left. Completely harresed by them and tired to attending their calls I have put them on blacklist.

One of the worst app and service..please don't book a service in their app. I have paid 450/- and booked a bike service..they came at 7 30 pm which was scheduled at 3 pm. Nothing they did apart from just checking whether brakes are applying properly or not..I request everyone not to install this app and suffer later. It's better to get it serviced at known local bike service centres.

Don't download this app. First the service is pathetic and the way they price is simply not value for money. Now for the last few days Housejoy service providers are calling me randomly. Basically even if you don't make any booking they have ridiculous way of telling that there are bookings made in my account. When I checked the app to see what's going on I see no booking done even by mistake. I am regretting that I used it!

Laundry services detiorated.. damaged top once.. no show for second time.. rescheduled and again no show.. what is the point of having 2 hour slots when you can't pick up on timeand still admit on being stuck in traffic?

Paid 300 for gyeser repair. Gyeser stopped working just next day. Registered a complaint and followed up thrice but no response. Would not use it nor suggest it to anyone.

Awesome service for bike servicing. The technician came on time educated me on the issues and helped me start the vehicle which was lying for more some time now. Very satisfied and definitely recommend there services.

I love their services but since last year after diwali you guys suddenly stopped the beauty services in my area. I really want to avail your fab services again ....plz start services in Punjabi Bagh,new delhi !!!! Plzzzz

Worst service.....there is hell and heaven difference between the rate chart display in the website and the charge after service. Never use their service. #worst #service

HIGHLY INFLATED PRICES for all services and then the executive whose sent to do his job simply makes sure u do him pay extra for something which is not listed on their site and on that also they'll charge you job work charges indirectly so a beautiful way to trick customers by inflating prices and offering discounts to book the service and then make them pay double for almost any repair

Worst service.... They first casually fixed....after that they are not responsible for anything else .....

Worst people. I had serviced my water purifier which costed me rs.470. the person who has come told that uv lamp is gone and costs rs 650. In actual the lamp costs onle 300 from Kent authorized spare part. That means these people are changing double the amount. Now, the person asked me to get it installed from Kent only. That means I need to pay additional rs300 for Kent to install it. This is day light robbery from these stupid company. First their service cost is higher , on top of it, they sell parts which are double than the market rate. Hell with this app.

Took bike service .The technician was super and he gave me complete detail of the issue .

It got stuck at fetching my location and I never moved passed to that screen
