Bank of Internet Mobile App

Excellent. Problems fixed. Has become my main account. Love that there is no practical deposit limit that other banks limit you with. Remaining issues: 1. Can't deposit a check for my company that doesn't have my name on it. 2. The verifications come too frequently. Understandable but sometimes excessive. On my personal phone, like my computer, it should recognize and not require my password every time.

My only complaint is that the app doesn't allow you to see account information like routing number or full account number. I'm sure it's related to security or something, so not a huge disappointment.

I deposited a check online via app. And it said it will take 5 to 7 business days for check amount to be available. Absolutely ridiculous!! Citibank will give you check amount available the very minutes you take take a picture and chase bank will give you check deposit via mobile available next business day

Banking is easy with the app. The only thing that keeps bofi from getting 5 stars is the awful CD rates (just like all of the other banks) take the lead and get them back up there!

Other apps take the photo automatically. And it is slower than the big boys. The delay in seeing the funds may force changes.

The quick balance is a great addition. The app is still a bit slow and the locations do not show the map just the pin holders. Also, need Reload locations to be included.

The atm map will not show. It's just blank but it will show me a list of atms near me at least. I rather see a map of atms near me so I can know what roads to take.

1. The camera feature shows black when using flash. 2. Cannot view account details such as account number and routing number from the app. 3. No finger print log in on finger print capable phones. 4. App had difficulty processing data in the image when making a mobile deposit. 5. Inability to force a refocus of camera. 6. Takes too long for mobile deposits to go through

App is slow and lacks touch ID but works.

Overall a good app, I think the UI could be a bit better and little things like auto taking the picture of a check when it is lined up would be nice but it is a solid app.

Needs fingerprint login. Needs to store usernames for quick and easy change of users on same device. Mobile deposits take WAY too long to enter account (should be NEXT DAY instead of 5 days).

Works ok but quite a bit slower depositing checks than an app for another bank.

Nothing fancy, but nothing fancy is needed. It just works. Whew!

Like what I'm seeing so far. I'm sure the developers will be adding new features to make tasks even easier.

This account does what it is supposed to. Save money. ..I like the complete description on payments. I enjoy the service. No complaints.

User friendly - ease of access for most all commonly used functions - a valuable tool

Needs an easier login. I have a strong password and it would be a PITA to enter. I use lastpass for that.

An update worthy of rating the app 5 stars! The Quick Bal feature is perfect!

I was able to deposit checks anywhere with Bank of Internet before most other banks even considered this feature. This version seems to have a little trouble with postal money orders. I can also easily transfer money between my accounts. It would be handy to be able to view routing and account numbers without having to dig out paper checks or go to the website. Different error messages for different types of errors would also be better.

Would like to pay by smart phone. Some sms transaction delays like to transfer between accounts.

I've used this app and bank for over a year. The app works consistently well. Customer service is outstanding. I love this bank!
