تأسس المركز في بغداد سنة 2008 وانظم الى مؤسسات المجتمع المدني (المنظمات غير الحكومية )
برقم 1 j3380 وللمركز نشاطات ثقافية وسياسية واجتماعية على مستوى المحلي و الاقليمي تصب في خدمة العملية السياسية منها :

* ندوات سياسية وحوارية تخص الحراك السياسي في العراق تشمل بغداد و المحافظات .
* برامج ونشاطات اعلامية في عموم انحاء البلاد .
* التواصل المستمر مع وسائل الاعلام المرئيهة والمسموعة والمقروءة بما فيها المحلية والعربية والاجنبية .
* التواصل الثقافي والاعلامي مع دول الجوار والعالم عبر ارسال الوفود والورش الاعلامية .
* وكالة العراق المركزية للانباء .
* اصدارات السلسلة من الكراريس تضم كتب ثقافية سياسية دينية ضمن المحور الفكري للمركز .
* اصدار مجلة الخطوة


وللمركز وكالة العراق المركزية للانباء
تأسست الوكالة سنه 2010 وكانت سباقة في مواكبة الاحداث السياسية والاجتماعية والامنية والثقافية والرياضية ولها وقعها الثقيل والمميز في الساحة العراقية حيث يصل عدد مشاهديها الى اكثر من 53000 قارئ ومشاهد في اليوم الواحد
وان مشاهديها ليس في العراق وحسب وانما العالم العربي والاسلامي والغربي ايضا . The center was founded in Baghdad in 2008 and joined the civil society organizations (NGOs)
No. 1 j3380 center and cultural, political and social activities at the local and regional level are in the service of the political process, including:

* Political talk shows and seminars pertaining to the political movement in Iraq, including Baghdad and the provinces.
* Programs and activities throughout the media across the country.
* Continuous communication with the media Almriahh and audio-visual including local, Arab and foreign.
* Cultural and media communication with the neighboring countries and the world by sending delegations and media workshops.
* Central News Agency Iraq.
* Versions of the series of pamphlets of cultural religious books within the political axis of the intellectual center.
* Issuing step magazine


The center of the Central News Agency Iraq
The Agency was established in 2010 and was the forerunner to keep pace with the political, social, security, cultural and sporting events and has a distinctive heavy and signed by the Iraqi arena in terms of number of viewers up to more than 53,000 readers and viewers per day
And that viewers not only in Iraq, but, according to the Arab and Muslim world and the West as well.
