About Jean Coutu
The Jean Coutu application makes your life easier by allowing you to view the list of prescriptions registered in your Health Record or a family member’s Record you have authorisation to access. You can request a refill in a pharmacy affiliated to the Jean Coutu Group and be notified when the prescription is prepared and that the file has been verified by your pharmacist.
The application also provides essential tools such as access to the store locator, the weekly flyer and your AIR MILES® account balances.
With the family access, you can access your family’s Health Record from a single account!
Furthermore, it is possible to :
- Share the access to a Health Record with another person;
- Activate a Health Record for a patient served in compliance packaging;
- Send a refill request for several family members at the same time;
- Send a photo of a new prescription.

Main reason for getting app was to upload pics of prescriptions so they could be ready at our local Jean Coutu by the time we arrive from the specialist's office across the island. We have NEVER had any success with this feature - every time it says there was an error uploading. No change using WiFi or Mobile Data.

I have installed, uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my Android phone and it never loads past the initial blue PJC screen. Very frustrating!! The only time I was able to access the application was using the open button available after installation. But never using the icon placed on my phone. Please fix!!!

L'application est très pratique, mais il manque clairement la possibilité de voir les demandes de prescriptions faites car plusieurs fois, je n'ai pas été averti que c'était prêt et une fois, la prescription ne s'est jamais rendue à la pharmacie. Ça serait le fun de voir notre historique.
