Laundrapp: Laundry & Cleaning

I Love Laundrapp! I got two lots of washing done (6Kg each) and right now, if you use 'LAUND10' you get £15 OFF your first order. Meaning a whole load of cheap washing delivered to your door! Socks paired and clothes beautifully folded too!

They could do a lot better. I find the app not user friendly and their pricing model not flexible at all. I use them mainly for shirts and basically they force you to send multiple of 5 items. If I send more than 5 they charge full price. Their prepaid bundles are unusable because the app is not able to count. They use a very cluttered voucher system for that.

Had a great first experience! Got two dresses and a pair of trousers dry cleaned. The pleats are just prefect on one my dresses, which I was worried about. The app was easy to use, service was friendly and timely, and I got a discount to top it all off. Highly recommend!

App does not have same extensive list of services to choose from as the website. Plus the pricing is diffrent on app from website so cant use app to put orders through. Waste of time trying to access website from phone to get options not available on app. Even the minimum order is diffrent from website (£20) and app(£15). Laundry service is great though!!

Couldn't fault the service - much less hassle than a high street dry cleaners as they will pick up and deliver in the late evenings. Good match for people that work 9-5 and don't want to be pissed around on a weekend!

Collection almost two hours late. Lied and said no one was home to receive the return and rearranged for the next day. DO NOT USE IF UNDER TIME CONSTRAINTS. (after finally receiving my items, I admit it was well done. So I'll add a star)

Poor service with substandard results. The app ultimately provides the same function as a phone speed dial to call a laundry shop. Ironing is just not one of their skills.

Easy to use app/service. Not without its hiccups when getting items cleaned the way you want but overall the best of all the options, and pretty much the same price as your local launderette!

This is a great idea but doesn't really meet my requirements. An ironing only service by weight is what I'm after. I don't mind doing it by item but then Children's clothes need to have a separate price list otherwise it's just too expensive

I installed this some time ago as it seemed like a really good idea for me. I work all over the place and removing the washing and ironing nightmare at these prices is an attractive proposition. However I went to use the app for the first time and,I was asked to check my email after logging in with my email / phone number. No email received after 4 attempts, so no new business for laundrapp sadly. Being in software development myself it never ceases to amaze me when apps are released without proper testing that's traps this kind of error. If I did my job this way I wouldn't have a job. Reading the reviews I'm sure this would be a good service, but no good if you can't order in the first place.

Such a worst experience..we cannot login..invalid postal code though I have entered correct pincode. I don't know how developer has built this app.hats off to that developer

Will be using this service again. Suits were collected and returned on time. They did a good job of cleaning and pressing them. Great service, especially as we live in rural Oxfordshire.

The app was easy to use. The introductory offer meant my double duvet was free. There were plenty notifications which were useful and collection and delivery were spot on.

Good price and service (use TENQUIDOFF to get £10 off for your first order), all 8 shirts were cleaned and ironed to satisfaction. However, I wouldn't use it as a timed service in an emergency. The initial arranged delivery was delayed for 2 days, then it was late again on the rearranged delivery day. The communication was excellent though, I was informed during the whole process.

I've used the app quite a number of times since they launched, and in general the service is excellent. I've had a couple of times when the delivery has been rearranged, which can be inconvenient. I really like Laundrapp for washing my bedding, I have found it better than the local laundry on this front.

Tried it the first time with 25% off ('TUBE') and am happy. Customer Service helped me when phone connection broke for picking up my clothes. 4/5 starts only due to limited picking up times. Your customers are people busy with work. If I could be home between 5 and 7pm on workdays (London Stratforrd Area), I'd be able to bring my clothes to my local cleaner myself... Worth looking into more options for customers for really late pickups (hell, I'd even pay extra) on that front for you guys. :) UPDATE MAR-2017: Moved meanwhile to Hammersmith West London and the collection / delivery times go well with my work. Thank you for improving!

Been trying to get an order done for the past 24 hours but app insists on verifying phone number. Clicked the SMS link 20 times but redirects to app pointlessly. Waste of time

Customer service great. Same guy picked up and brought back my clothes, his name was Danny and he was fantastic, I missed my original delivery date (totally my fault) and he was really nice and rescheduled it and came back the next day at the new agreed time. He also waited outside for ages while I gathered my washing and when I went out he still looked happy!! Great job guys I hope Danny get a sweet bonus (glasgow area)

Extremely impressed with the Laundrapp service: quick, efficient and reliable. Customer service updates cannot be faulted, prices are very reasonable and delivery/collection staff nothing but pleasant. Am extremely pleased with results too. Very long overcoat now dry cleaned and looking like new. Thank you Laundrapp! Will definitely use again.

This company did really well advertising but unfortunately they DONT offer the service in MOST areas. Which is crap. Why didnt you just advertise for LONDON ONLY!

My pick up was cancelled Sunday evening...Customer service apologized and rebooked me 2 days later. I insisted it was urgent and they could not mess it up another time. They said it would be fine...Well, i got the exact same cancellation text 2 days later at the last minute (without any explanation). So now I m going to a wedding with a dirty suit. Thanks Laundrapp! Unreliable.

My flatmate and I were introduced to laundrapp through a promotion a while back and have had a great experience since then with consistent reliability for both pick up and delivery. Cleaning job has been generally good although sometimes my shirt collars have a slight bend in them that I assume is due to them pressing up against each other. I've had some issues with the app (Android) crashing my phone or not letting me login but have recovered each time and most recently with the help of a very responsive customer service team. My flatmate on an iphone has had no issues and we both find the promotional msgs to be timely reminders that its time to dry clean. Good job overall!

Absolutely love this app. I can't believe I can get my dry cleaning collected on Sunday and dropped off on Monday. Fantastic service and the app has so many great features. My favourite is being informed of estimated driver time- there is even a map of where the vehicle is. Fantastic.

Three times I have used Laundrapp and each time my linen has returned dirty. What's the point of using a laundry that can't wash? I've had to wash (and iron) all whites again at home. Very disappointed, I won't be using it again.

After an initial great start, they've gone down hill. Today there was a computer glitch so I was unable to get my booked collection. After accepting an apology and a 25% sorry discount, I booked for a 9pm pick up. It's now 9:45pm, and once again I'm being told the driver is running late and won't arrive until after 10pm. This company either collects items late or returns them late. I'll try another company after this as they are incapable of providing a professional timely service.

Good service, but I hope they offer more time slots as they grow, as times are not always convenient even for someone self employed like myself. So far, pick up and delivery had been early. Well done!

A narcissistic service where everything revolves around them. They are rarely on time. They have cancelled on me twice in the few times I have used them. They don't think that people make plans to be at home for their arrival. So they are more often than not late, constantly (overly) texting you about how late they are thinking that it makes things right.. Why not just be on time or actually turn up. I prepaid for 50 shirts but without finishing my credit I just deleted my account because they are just not worth it.. They just cancelled again this is after they had not arrived during the scheduled time.. They did keep texting me though telling me that they are late but will arrive soon.. Once they scheduled slot was passed they cancelled. .. Don't waste your time nor your money. And by the way they never actually ironed the colars of my shirts properly.. So they don't even know how to do that.
