Moto Display

It's not working properly, it hangs alot. It's needs update and a good update. The older version was gud. Sometimes the screen locks itself. Pls send update or a solution.

I like the active display but now it also affects the lock screen, making it look ugly. This feature was much nicer on my 1st Gen Moto X. Now I have to choose between having active display, which I love, and having an ugly lock screen.

Can someone tell me how to get my screen to stop coming on at any SLIGHT movement. It's absolutely ridiculous!!!!!! I'm going to need a new phone just from screen wearing out!

After always staying by Samsung, I went to the droid turbo, which comes with this app. Its always up to date, and still doesnt work right. My phone never hears me talking to it, despite how loud I try to use this app, and how quiet the surrounding sound level is. I gave this an honest shot, but in the end, I found it to be very privacy invading, dumb, and short on features. For what it's worth though, it's a very well built and stable app, it's the features that need fine tuning. Or maybe the Motorola phones.

Moto display not working on Droid Turbo 1 running on Marshmallow , the new update made my Moto display not working and always hangs. What's going on motorola ?? After active dislpay notw workingz other feature not working too , like auto rotate screen, and maps

After the last update display timeout doesn't work properly. Even if I put 2 minutes delay it goes out for 30 seconds. Now it goes out within 15 seconds. Please fix this problem.

The general display is not attractive. This is not Motorola we were used to. The features aren't distinctive, there's nothing that makes the brand unique. Seriously after using my Moto X style after a week I already wanted to get rid of it. I've 21mp but the images aren't of quality

This app works perfectly and has no problems. I also like that you can set it to not show sensitive data without unlocking the phone. Because to unlock the phone just so see the notification is a pain.

I got my phone replaced 4 times from Flipkart in India. Because all the 4 times my screen was having lines and many issues with it. Still after getting it exchanged for the fourth time it still had those issues. So I finally got the display replaced from the Motorola services center but still it had issues. And in living with the issues now. I would suggest get any other phone than Motorola. And please buy it from some other source not Flipkart at all.

Great except after the update today the battery doesn't show anymore wout having to touch the circle to get it, I liked it better when it was always in the circle! How can I get it back? Also most annoying is that now since the upgrade the ring volume & notification volume is attached! I can't lower the notifications wout the ring volume following it & vice versa, they don't work independently from each other! There's no way I can live with this! You have to fix it ASAP, PLEASE! ????

Excellent Simple. Easy. Effective. Smart. No need to unlock my phone to see what is going on. Doesn't miss a beat. Absolutely love this. I looked at the negative reviews and none of them have anything to do with this app. People complaining about hardware issues which is not fair to this app.

I hate that the automatic sleep mode has been taken away!!! It was the best part about this entire feature and now you've taken it away?? Then I don't want or need this anymore.

The pictures made it look like people would enjoy me and want to get food with me. But this never happened, even after I updated it I still never got two calls in the same day. And the only texts I get are people asking me to leave them alone. This app is a complete sham. Be warned it wont make you popular as shown.

Nice addition! Sensitive and accurate. I really enjoy I don't need always press the power button to check time. Few suggestions : - display all notification. I am using an app (weather wiz) with weather notification but it won't display on it. I am presuming it can't fit a certain format so it can't be displayed. If this is the case can u just display the notification itself without that special moto display format? -always display all notification. Some of them like whatsapp notification it just pop up once and disappeared next time I check. It should be always displaying until I dismissed it. -access to quick panel like flashlight, wifi.... And so on. Or at least let me toggle the volume setting! -provide a way to rewake the display. Sometime I pick up the phone but it fade out too fast and there is no way to rewake it. Can u add like double tab gesture? -(ultimately) totally replace the lock screen. It is wired to due with 2 lock screen (one swipe up to unlock and one swipe down)! I hope the dev team is reading this. If so thanks for reading!

The function that is supposed do dim the function between certain hours doesn't work at all. Also it lights up multiple times for no reason and when I'm sleeping it blasts me in the face with light.

I still can't see my notifications... This doesn't work for me, if this doesn't work, I'm gonna have to by a new phone. I can't even press the home button anymore or that square beside it, i haven't seen my lock screen in a long time and the notification thingy doesn't swipe down all the way.. if these aren't fixed... I'm gonna have to get a new phone

The idea of the app is good but it has a setting that says between a particular time it keeps the screen dark! Which it doesn't do! When I'm sleeping with the phone near me if I happen to touch it it blows some light in my face which gets really annoying! Also it keeps getting on for no reason! If you can't give something good why remove the notification LED in the first place? Or make it well constructed as in the X series! Really annoyed about this! One reason I regret for choosing moto!

my phone display goes off suddenly and takes a minute to come on. even if I'm using it, the display turns off. all of this is happening after this rubbish update. i wish i never updated it

Not working. I really love it. Active display makes listening music n other things so convinient but unfortunately it has suddenly stopped working on my moto g turbo. I'd give 5 star rating if you could fix it.

I am not talking about activating call waiting feature from mobile operators but displaying call waiting notification when I make an out going call if the receiver is already on a call .Please check out this bug . Motorola has provided this basic feature in its latest Moto e power but not in Moto x play, Moto g4 plus, Moto z play . Kindly look into the matter .

I REALLY wish I could display more than just two notifications on the screen at a time with this. There's definitely more than enough screen space on this phone to do it without ruining the aesthetic. Plus, it looks odd having what I've been calling the "overflow button" (the one with an elipsis, "...") to the right of the notifications if I get multiple notifications.

It took me a while to really get the philosophy of the lock screen, but it's neat. The slide controls are awesome. I still wish we had a blinking LED, but whatever. Thanks for fixing the lock screen controls!

After updating to this rev, I noticed the display would pulse on/off for no reason, when it should only display something when I picked it up or waved my hand over it. Deleted and rolled back to previous version, the older rev is flawless on my MotoX Pure.

Why I can't use the music controls for Blackplayer but only with crappy Google music??!! It was working before the last update! Please do something!

Itz the best in its category. Moto display saves battery drain alot. Without unlocking the screen we can just read the notification directly on the screen... Great idea for implementing it in the right way. Very useful for me...

I have an issue where when I swipe the icon to unlock, it just resets back to the center. I've tried uninstalling, reinstalling, and checking my settings but nothing worked. Why does Noone else have this issue?

I have updated this app yesterday.. It is doing everything by itself.. Opening apps,closing apps,showing notifications,clearing notifications ,screen shivering.. Too bad for moto.

led noti id better than this.. unnecessarily lightens the screen on even Little movements hence uses more battery power.. moto has no improvement features.. no value for money in any samrtphone

Display of phone is automatically operating without no touch.... Also opening any applications.. Just like the phone when hang..

Most of the time screen ia being turned off can't even recognise a WhatsApp call neither a normal phone call too. Please fix this on priority

Display gets dark during video playback and playing games. It was fine before but now its annoying and disturbing. Not able to watch anything on the phone.

Since the last update ! My moto x pure edition is acting up BIG TIME! Its dimming out of the blue when im watching videos ect! My phone is not even on auto brightness

It worked great at first... Then an update came along.. now I the Moto display only works when it's not in the LifeProof case..

just what I want. similar to ios 'rise to wake'. to avoid screen burning should you not change position of clock like other apps do.?
