Although listed as such in the description, there doesn't appear to be support for Mobile Iron. As others have notated the keyboard doesn't open when using this app, and Nine isn't listed as an option in the Mobile@Work app. I know the standard Nine app won't work for me any longer as my IT confirmed it. I used Nine for years and enjoyed it, but with a recent update to Mobile Iron Nine stopped working. Please support Mobile Iron with this app so I can use Nine once again!

The keyboard doesn't show up so it's impossible to enter the password. Before I get the canned reply from the developers, the app has been indeed installed through MobileIron (which is actually even worse of an app than this). Did anyone test this app before releasing it? I mean, tapping on a text field and getting a keyboard has been a standard Android feature for quite some time AFAIK.

The app doesn't display the system keyboard, at this point a nougat 7.0 issue? Update review 1 day later: downloaded Gboard. Open settings and select as default: Gboard. Opened nine inside of mobile iron . The keyboard is back again there . Strange ... To all the other users please try. Huawei Mate 9 . Nougat 7

The regular Nine email app is superb, so my hopes for Nine Work were pretty high. As many others have pointed out, the keyboard does not launch when you start the app, so this is basically useless until fixed.

This app is only good if you have Android for work. If you don't have "Android for work" or don't know what that is... download the regular Nine App.. It's unfortunate that this app does not work with Microsoft Intune. It's also unfortunate that there is no manual provisioning option. It would be nice to have Nine for personal use and Nine Work for work without an expensive MDM solution.

This is not expected to be configurable from your device. It is configured by IT departments through an MDS tool. It is a great capability vs telling users sorry we cannot support nine Exchange mail.

How can you add/configure account if there is no keyboard unless google now help you to type username and password. Should be something easy to fix this bug. Not sure where are you heading with this app though. Nine for exchange is already doing good. You guys should improve that product instead of creating similar product that doesn't even work.
