Very annoying app firstly its lag too much and i am facing trouble how to give order it juat says add to cart but how should i be proceed to the next step..why u are making it difficult to us....Bis basket is way beteer app it is easy to handle...very annoying

Good initiative taken by zip basket for the sake of people of Patna..good app but there are some bugs in this app which need to be rectified...overall I m giving a 4 star..keep going

Worst site to purchase any product fake offers they never deliver the exact product which they show price change offer change worst experience

First of all its lag too much n slow too. After clicking any product you will have to wait for some while then it will open. The minimum amount to free delivery is ₹1000.

No one picks the call at customer care and even if we choose paytm as payment method the order is placed without it forcing you for cod. Hate it.

App is still in developmental stage. There is no way to PROCEED for final placing of Order. You can just pick the items and keep them in your CART. That's it. TOY STUFF , ANNOYING, AND WASTAGE OF VALUABLE TIME

App is running very slowly and very difficult process for place order.when i go for checkout it does not take sign in.and also there is no column showing to enter otp.bkwas app.bigbasket is also high price in everything.bt the process of order and delivery is good and fast
