OSIM Massage Chair App

I buy the chair and still paying loan for 3 years. I want free upgrades. Machine is useless without program. Can u add a program to massage my neck? I want free massage program, add at least 1 program a month, not 1 program a year. Customer love to be updated constantly. Keep them happy and they will continue buy Osim products. If you want to sell more chairs, then keep making free programs. Trust me, customer love to see downloadable upgrades/programs/updates to their machine they paid so much for.

Will definitely not recommend anyone to buy. Spent thousands of dollars for this piece of crap. And worst still were not informed by Takashimaya staffs that we need to pay for massage program. 1st massage chair came with faulty controller waited for a long time time for replacement now chair only start massage program for less than 1 min and will cut off automatically. I'm gonna make this public if Osim isn't solving our problem. And you have the cheek to expect us to pay for your so call massage program?

The only thing I get from this app is installing 3 additional programs for a 5k plus chair. Can't even control music or even control the chair. Basically a piece of crap application. I suggest opening up api for 3rd party developers to develop better apps.

Stupid. Need to pay for program. These days of big data, company pay for our usage so that company get our valuable data. So outdated mentality to have to pay for program. And the chair is one of the most expensive. The management of osim should read all these comments.

Unable to pair after purchasing Neck & Lumbar program. Appears on mobile phone download success but on uMagic chair download, it isn't there! :(((

Such pricy chair, only got 3 program to download... and still OSIM is gonna ask for 2 dollars for each program such a joke, nice sense of humor OSIM.

Useless App.. only can download 2 free massage programs and the rest need to pay?? I thot when promoting yr chair, downloading new programs is one of Osim selling point, now why r u charging for the new program??

Need to pay for downloading..... lagged app. What is the standard of app of product using reflect how well the product itself. How can a product's software program is good when the app is working in such a terrible way

When buying this chair and claim that free upgrade...but now has to be paid...dissapointed...

App doesn't really do anything. There's 2 free programs and 2 paid ones (somewhat absurd given the price.) Could at least provide music or sound control.

It should come free as an upgrade and I don't see the reason I need to pay for it!! I was happy and download the 2 new massage but come to 3rd one we got to pay. Is it you are testing whether people will be buying it? I don't see the reason why I should buy the program. It will be good to come as free upgrade. Only then I will keep on buying osim products. Pls consider.

When is OSim releasing new programs for U magic? Salesman said 1year will have 2-3 new programmes but bought since Oct 2015 till now no updates. Very poor product update for an overpriced S$4k plus chair

Lumbar and butt is great. But I realised it doesn't have any hand massage. If can include the hand massage will be nice. looking for more nicer programs. TQ
