Pep Boys Schedule Auto Service

App is fine. Pep Boys service is less than honest. Either the lie and tell you stuff needs to be repaired when it doesn't or they simply don't know much about cars.. both aren't good so either way I'd recommend you not use them or their app

I can't give it a 5, not because its bad but because it can use improvements. Mainly what i would suggest is more auto repair options. It only gives you a list of 5 things to pick and lets face it not enough options there.

After I used this app to make my appointment. I arrived and found out that the store did not have it. It turns out not all of the stores are connected to this system. I was told I would have to wait for the 5 people in front of me to get service before I could get my truck in. I called pep boys customer service and all they said was did the store manager ask what other day I could get it done. Very disappointed that you can schedule something and then the store not even honor it.

What's the use. It doesn't keep track or my visits or track info. All it does is make appointments when it works. This app is a waste of space on my device. Gonna delete it.

This App needs help. It freezes, forgets your information. Constantly RELOADS. Takes to long to search ..

Its only to schedule services. App doesn't offer a search and able to order products.

Used to make appointment. Store didn't have appointment upon arrival. Resulted in long wait time.

You should make an app to shop for vehicle parts. I don't need you to do my maintenance.

I should have read the reviews before creating an account and using the app. I made an appointment using the app after the mobile website simply didn't work only. I picked a supposedly open slot for later the same evening. Only to be told at the store that they do not do same-day appointments. This a common issue in other reviews. I giving this 2 stars on the off head chance that this works in future. I'll make my appointments by phone thank you.

You wanr me to give you my email address, just to use your app. Um no way in hell, not into being spammed. Auto delete

It has zero functionality, doesn't remember you, and the store gets no record of appointments you make. Don't bother. Shameful!

Fill out registration and still can't sign in bc I don't have rewards info.

Convenient feature to save my appts directly to my devices calendar.. Only problem is it never appeared on my calendar.

Service only. If you're looking to buy parts from Pep Boys go to the website not this app. This app is useless.

I want parts, not schedule an appointment for service. This a horrible app and doesn't help at all. Need to become more like AutoZone app.

I used this app in the past now it wont even let me log into my account. Wont be using it ever again and will uninstalling it after this review. If i could give it 0 stars i would it is that bad

Why do you allow appointments to be made from the app just to walk in and be told I can't be helped u until 2 hours after my time because they only have "one guy working" I'll be taking my business else where.

Corey Thpmpson were really fast when it came to getting the job done. Let me explain, I had a blowout on the freeway; on the way to work. The tow service, drop me off at Pep Boys, Corey were very helpful;when it came to fixing my flat tire. He got my new tire on with no problem, I waited no more than 5 minutes, and BAM I was on the freeway on my way to work. I will recommend this place, to any one. Pep Boys is really a great place for fast and friendly service.

It won't even let me log into the app even though I just registered and have an account set up once I hit sign in it keeps saying that there's been a problem and won't log in and goes back to the sign in page

They really need to get it together. They need a new IT department.

I don't need service I need a PepboysRewards app just like my AutoZone app it has my reward points. I have more points at Pep Boys but can't see them
