Update: 6/13/16 Download this app only if you want to loose your photos and do not expect any support. After the new update there are four copies of every pictures I had backed up. It is slow in loading pictures. 4/22/2016: Use this only if you want to loose you pictures and receive no response from email sent to support. I have lost most of my pictures, all I see is vertical bars., tried exporting my entire picture life album by months with same result.

The app seems to work fine, but after I installed it, my battery life dramatically decreased. I did some diagnostic work and it's definitely the PictureLife app running in the background that's draining the battery. There doesn't seem to be a way to set up manual-sync only, and so if I open the app, I have to go into settings and force stop it to keep it from draining resources. I would give the app 4-5 stars if they address this issue.

Just lost a lot of pictures all of a sudden . I cant sign in anymore.. i tried to contact them on email and didnt get any help. Dont download this app ever!

Don't waste your time with this app. The service is down 90% of the time and good luck if you paid for the premium service! Their customer support is terrible and nonresponsive. Better option is to go with Google Photos, Amazon Photos, or Everalbum.

Drains battery while it tried to continuously sync backup.... App hasn't been updated in ages. Please update asap.

Unable to signin to app, and website notification says dangerous certificate! Unable to access 1031 photos, and when I bypass certificate download does nothing!

Comparing apps iPhone vs android they could put a little more time for the android to catch up other than that great app...btw I am using the family plan. I think 10 a month

Have used this app on ios before without issue but now that I use it on Android it won't let me log in :'(

X70%
by X####:

Fairly mediocre app - kept on signing me out, which is useless if you're relying on this to back photos up, however the service itself is plagued with issues and their tech support seems woefully unprepared to deal with them. Avoid.

But now it doesn't work at all , looks like the devs are ignoring any feedback or support calls. Very disappointed.

This is the perfect app for pic organization. I finally feel safe about my pics and videos. I am tired of changing phones or having pics from pro camera installed on my pc and having to go to either device to find them. The auto backup and sync features are awesome.

There's no landscape support, no way to upload individual photos and can't create albums from the app.

Y70%
by Y####:

The app is small but won't let me pull up individual photos. Because of this issue I'm unable to accomplish any tasks, so it's only useful for backup. Although Google+ accomplishes these tasks, I don't use the social media, thus using valuable storage space. The developers are aware of this, so until it's fixed, I have uninstalled the app.

Have been using this app on ios no problem but on Android, there's no landscape mode! Please add landscape support on Android!

My friend sold me on Picturelife immediately after he showed me his experience on his iPhone. There is nothing the same about the Android app. It's lackluster, supports none of the great features that set picturelife apart from Google+, and has bugs. I'm really looking forward to changing this review because the iOS app is lovely. Get to parity quickly! Edit: I cannot believe I can't share to Facebook with this app. Unbelievable.

Great way to keep your pics organize and backup. Been using it since its release on iOS.

Trying to sign in on a Nexus 9 or Nexus 5 running lollipop yields this toast: "Failed to sign in: An unexpected error has occurred."

iOS app works flawlessly. This one doesn't even load the images they just appear as vertical color lines.

N70%

I've reset my password 4 times all of which logged on the computer just fine but not the phone. Sucks because it does work well if it can log in. I take it still buggy in the system.

N70%

Crashes each time I launched the app. Give me back the old app. Worked flawlessly before this "upgrade". Crashes everytime while loading up and analysing photos.

app has stopped...

I'm shocked by how bad this app is: no edit image features, no ability to view the images in landscape. This and the IPhone app are leagues apart. I only hope that this is an early 1.0 app, and that development is continuing to match this poor effort to the iOS versions. Even more frustrating is that I signed up for their 100gb plan before realising how poor this app is. Fortunately I only paid for the monthly plan, so if there is no progress then I am happy to cancel and take my business elsewhere.

Love the ui, great design. Only bug is lots of my photos are labeled as taken in Africa (where I've never been) I suspect this is because they don't have a location tag. Update: the location tag bug has been solved, but now the app is consistently crashing on my lenovo yoga tablet.

Y70%
by Y####:

Too little visibility about what's going on. My existing photos are syncing for about several hours with small portions and I cannot see any progress or reason why the process is so slow. No faces, albums views inside app.

Y70%

Awesome picture syncer and archiving tool. Huge improve over the old version.

Y70%

The UX is an improvement, and I think they're headed in the right direction, but this release has been a complete failure for me so far. Backup / sync (you know, like the NAME of this app), completely broken this release.

They are now gone. The update today on my wife's iPhone is way better. Are there plans to reach parity? Can I at least see albums again? Feeling left out. :(
