PARC Mobility

PARC Mobility est un application mobile fonctionnant sur tablette et smartphone et permet aux commerciaux en déplacement de retrouver toutes les informations de son compte PARC tel que son agenda des visites, ses contacts et les affaires de déménagement. La finalité étant pour le commercial d’effectuer la visite technique avec la saisie de l’inventaire du mobilier à déménager (avec prise de photo si besoin) et de faire valider l’inventaire par le client grâce à la signature électronique.

Après synchronisation des données, PARC Mobility peut fonctionner sans connexion Internet. Toutes les informations saisies sont sauvegardées sur la tablette en attendant de retrouver un accès Internet pour tout synchroniser automatiquement.

Le commercial avec son outil PARC Mobility peut ainsi suivre tous les rendez-vous fixés par le Bureau, et apporter des modifications ou ajouter un nouveau rendez-vous si besoin.

L’outil de prise d’inventaire permet de lister pièce par pièce le mobilier à déménager avec photo si besoin, mais aussi le mobilier à ne pas prendre, et le mobilier a envoyer à la déchetterie. Un récapitulatif complet permet au client de vérifier l’inventaire établi et de le signer électroniquement directement sur la tablette. Une copie de l’inventaire peut être envoyé par e-mail au client si une connexion Internet est disponible.

Le commercial peut désormais consulter le planning d'exploitation directement sur PARC Mobility. Cela permet au commercial d'anticiper avec le client une date pour son déménagement, et cela dés la visite technique.

L’application PARC Mobility est incluse dans l’abonnement du logiciel PARC et ne nécessite pas de licence ou serveur supplémentaire. The application PARC Mobility is included in the subscription PARC software and requires no additional server or license.
