Awesome. Fast delivery. Edit: the app is broken.complete list of restaurants fails to load. Please look into this. Have been using your ssrvices almost everyday since last year but now, i cant order anything as the app shows only 3-4 restaurants that i dont like. Im sure its a bug in your app that is causing this.

Please give us the option of choosing the exact location via GPS and google maps. It's so much easier to explain the route to the delivery person that way.

Really very very bad experience. Guys keep in mind that u r delivering foods. After 9 pm order if at 11pm you confirm(call was from our end) that's it's not possible to deliver then it doesn't make any sense. Though the order was given by call not through app

Seriously it is a pathetic site. Guys don't approach them to get food delivered. They even can't deliver food to their own basement that's hengrabari. I suffered with this site. The first order they delivered successfully and when i ordered for second time they use to deny and play games with customers

Would have rated it 5 star but many a times you guys provide food really late and dont pick the phone up after 9.30 even if an order is pending leaving the customer confused n hungry and then you call really late either to tell us to cancel the order or take our order after we already had placed a different order somewhere else. But 2 star for all the other times you came to rescue with food. One of your first customers but not very satisfied with the service.

They have increased rates on most of the items plus the usual delivery charge. One ends up paying 10 percent extra.

I am changing my opinion. Though there was an initial delay but the efforts put in by the team stood out. Good luck and expecting many more deliveries in future. Recommending it.

No option to change location, wanted to order from Grill Republica upon their reference downloaded the app.... But the app doesn't show them. Disappointing experience for a customer. Old is gold - stick to telephone order. Period!!! And I was suggested a number but nobody picks it up or even bother to return your call.

Sometimes the food does reach within 30 mins but recently I am not able to place order, when I tap Confirm order it keeps on loading loading and nothing comes out, no confirmation, nothing

Most of the time it shows offline. Hardly able to place any orders through pickndel nowadays. Is there any problem?

A great effort to bring quality food from the bests to our doorstep..just loved the idea..and after experiencing your service for the first time, want to say a big thanks..one small request, please don't give up, and keep up the good service

Worst app... Every time " we are offline" or no restaurant nearby... Negative 5 star

Worst service. Ordered at 9.30pm and at first they said they'll deliver. But at 10.30 a call comes and now they are say can't deliver. That too hung up on me when I was trying to say something. Where from do I order at 10.30 in the night. Not going to order ever. PS. I was a regular customer for about 6 months now.

"We are offline right now" is not appropriate to see right after i install the app..my expectations were quite high

Poor delivery service.You will get your food after two hours or more .Unnecessarily ,they charge 30 rupees when they are so much irresponsible and never arrives on time.Also u order something and u get the completely contrasting of it . I ordered chilly chicken gravy for 3 times and found that the chicken was completely spoiled and the gravy was like something very disgusting .They don't even check the quality of food before delivering it to the customers .

Could not order even once as it is always offline. Why make an app if its going to be offline all the time.?! Uninstalling

I ordered for the first time and the food was delivered within time, i am happy with the service but there is room for improvement. Congratulation to the team and expecting good service in near future.
