Still needs work if he use the auto-fill feature on entering a ticket then it cause an error and won't submit the ticket you have to go back in and manually enter everything so the auto-fill feature is kind of useless

This saves a ton of time when you have multiple sites to call in.

If you are having problems, reinstall the app. The app has recently been updated but the update won't push to your phone because they didn't change the version number.

Does not work on Samsung s6. Will launch but will not let you sign in. Worked on s3 great. I loved the app. Useless now.

Seems handy, too bad it does not work on S5. App will open but I cannot enter tickets.

The app will not open

Horribly designed and no features to recommend it over the web app. It should be taken out of the app store. I use 811 every day. I don't ever use this app. Its not convenient compared to other options.

This makes line locates a snap. I can finish one in less than five minutes, even though it takes almost 25 when calling.

Doesn't have the map like the website but it's my understanding that the line locators aren't even given the maps at all. Everything else works well.

Has helpful tools and its fast,accurate, and simple to use
