For those having issue with this not connecting to Tango you need to install the Project Tango Core again, seems the it did not update correctly so that the Explorer is not seeing it. Hope this helps.

When it ask for permission and you click allow. It keeps popping up with permissions and won't let you click on allow. Your only option is to click deny
