- Each exercise comes supported with pictures & or video demonstrations to help with any exercise you might be unsure of along with a full written description & key training points.
Always be supported through your nutrition with the help of our app:
- You can log your food diary, record all food & drinks consumed daily all in one convenient location, with the ability to backdate if necessary.
- Adherence chart, if you are following a similar daily nutrition plan, then you can quickly access the adherence chart & here you can:
* Tick all of the meals you have eaten on plan.
* Tick missed for any meals not eaten.
* Tick non compliant for any meals that have been eaten off the plan.
This is a quick on the go tool to enable us to track overall consistency of nutrition.
-Attachments, with this useful section we can:
* Attach your personalised fully tailored nutrition plans, including meal breakdowns with all weights & measurements included.
* Attach any recipes needed for your personalised meal plan.
* Set your calories with separate macros (carbohydrates, proteins & fats) to follow if you are part of one of our macro coaching programs.
We can also include any other media such as pictures/videos that will help support you through your journey.
