ReachOut eliminates paperwork for field service delivery personnel, saving time and keeping everyone involved informed and up-to-date. The app is optimized for use on any iPhone, and can be used even when internet service is not available. With ReachOut, service personnel spend less time on “housekeeping” and more time on billable work.

The ReachOut app is one part of the two-part ReachOutSuite field service management (FSM) solution. The other part is the ReachOutSuite web backend, the management console, at www.ReachOutSuite.com. The ReachOut app is used by field personnel to view and complete their assignments. Managers and dispatchers assign tasks online with ReachOutSuite. A ReachOut app user needs to have a userID and password (free for the first 3 users), which is created by the administrator from the ReachOutSuite SaaS application.

Electricians, plumbers, landscapers, HVAC technicians, residential or commercial cleaners, and many other service companies use ReachOutSuite to organize and dispatch their workforce, and to quickly generate reports on field services.

A dispatcher can manage and assign tasks to employees as well as authorized (sub)contractors.

ReachOut manages two types of field service assignment:

1.) Work Orders – Job assignments (such as plumbing, electrical, repair services) conducted at a customer location.
2.) Inspections – Audits conducted on-site using purpose-built forms, often with complex logic and scoring elements.
