Zeam has dropped scrolling launcher support

Unfortunately with this release I have had to drop support for phones with an SDK lower than 2.1 due to upgrades to the settings interface. If you are using an older version of Android please try contact me to help and help me create a 1.5/1.6 compatible version!
IF your events do not show after update (from <1.5.7 to 1.5.8) please untick/retick the calendars on the choose calendars page!
I really like this app for its ability to cram tons of information in a smaller space on the screen. Yay for Real Estate! I also find it very fast and very efficient, with lots of configurable options. World's fastest email support. I had a question that was answered and resolved in 5 minutes. Woah, 5 minutes!!?! But it seems nowadays the developer has left…and we need an update…
Used to work quite well, but recently after updating my phone to KitKat, AWP started acting strangely and not updating correctly. Then, after a recent update of gTasks, my tasks disappear from the widget randomly. Please update this app and fix these bugs to get 5 stars. Doesn't even install on Lollipop, 1 star until fixed.
Been using this for years and loving it. But after upgrading to Nougat, it won't get past settings and won't load any of my calendars. I'll happily give back the five stars when fixed. Android suggested I disable it as it was also showing high battery drain - probably because it was trying to work. I uninstalled.
Like other recent reviews, it worked great for me for years - 5 stars. Since last OS upgrade, it crashes daily. That would be 1 star, but because it worked so well for so long, I'll give it 3. Hopefully, it will be updated to its former usefulness and again be 5 stars. (?)
Worth every penny just from the sheer amount of customization options.. Dev even programmed in a widget previewer to see your changes as you make them. Been a user since this app first came to the market. Upgraded to pay version after realizing I've been using this app 5 years or thereabouts
This was a 5 star app until I got my new pixel phone. Now it crashes and won't display calenders anymore. I don't know if this app is even maintained anymore. If this problem is fixed I'll revise this review.
Widget has been crashing when I open Settings. Reported several times but no response or fix. Uninstalled & reinstalled & now get multiple crash notifications per day. Would be 5 stars apart from this
Shows all my calendars and task right on my home screen. Extremely configurable. But, doesn't work well on my new TabPro - crashes when I go into setting. Had to edit the config file by hand - what a pain. Would rate higher if that gets fixed.
EDIT: old review (2013); app now appears to be abandoned. Dev was active and addressed bugs quickly, adding new features. Used to be a can't-miss.
This used to be a great widget until support stopped. No replies on crash reports and no updates since roughly the release of Android 5. For the most part it worked, and I stuck with it because I made my own custom theme. Then Android 6 came out and it kept crashing on tablets. Now I'm on Android 7, and it crashes on phones too. What was once a great widget is now unusable. Time to move on.
Tasks won't show up on widget unless you download from a few listed task apps. 3 different apps just unnecessary anymore.
This has always been my favourite calendar app for years because of the customisable widget but unfortunately the widget no longer works on Android 7. It causes the app to crash continually - would love to see this fixed soon!
Android 7 Beware! Has worked great for years, but unfortunately it now crashes and won't load any information since upgrading to Android 7 / Nougat. This is unfortunate, but since the app hasn't been updated in years it probably means this is the end of the road for it. This app will be hard to replace. :(
Sigh...it seems that with each new device i get, the app stops working. Looks like the app has been abandoned. What a shame.
Droped rating because, since Astrid doesn't work on Lollipop no other Tasks App supported is good enough. GTaks integration crashes widget :(
Was a great widget that did everything I wanted until the Marshmallow update. It now crashes overtime and I cannot even open the settings!! No email support replies either!!!
Used to be a must have, now just crashes on SG Note 4 after Lollipop upgrade - even after factory reset. But wait, there's more! Somehow, just having it installed (without an active widget) causes a wakelock, preventing sleep mode and killing battery life of the phone. Long time favourite app now uninstalled.
App is great, but the settings are a little hard to set up.... mostly it's just not a straight forward set up. Once you do it tho, the widget is great
Not sure why some people say it doesn't work - it's 2015, and on Android 4.4.4 (Kit Kat), at least, it's still AWESOME. The level of customization, so your agenda looks the way you want it to, even with multiple calendars (and the ability to show just one copy of events that appear on more than one) is just unparalleled. When I first used it, agenda-style widgets were rare. Now, they're baked into the official Google calendar app - but this STILL rocks and is still my go-to method for viewing everything in all my calendars - I haven't seen another app that comes close, for Android or Windows. That's my biggest gripe, actually - now that I'm using Windows 10 on my laptop, I can't find an agenda-style app that comes close to the versatility and features of this one on my phone. It's very disappointing, actually.
No reply from author; support forum of his website is down; in Lollipop there is a problem with is a bug regarding permissions that are conflicting with "Tasks Free"; does not work with GTasks anymore either; do not waste your money; abandoned app
Unfortunately, this seems to have been abandoned as it has not been updated in 2yrs. Still works on my Nexus 6p but I have had the same back-up layout to install from for over 3yrs. I hope that if something does break that the developer who use to be very responsive addresses it.
Love it! Would be even better if we could filter out events based on keywords (e.g. I have weekly meetings in my calendar for reminders, but I don't need to see them in this widget, and at two a week it wastes loads of space...
Another example of DEVELOPER taking money, then DROPPING SUPPORT. Note to developers: COMMENTS ARE both MEANINGFUL and USEFUL when the developers really care.
Had for two years. Upgraded my phone last week, and the widget s consuming 30% of the battery's power when phone not in use.
Was the best calendar/task widget out there. Hasn't received any updates for two years and is no longer compatible with my phone :(
Used to be an amazingly useful (and pretty) widget, but instantly crashes on lollipop :(
Has many options to customize which I love (may scare away some users as there are so many options and you might forget what/where specific setting you changed). I've switched to using aCalendar+ as it has a few more features/customizations I like (birthday list, calendar profiles, app is updated).
Works flawlessly on Galaxy Note 2. Downloaded to Nexus 7 and continues to crash since update to 4.4.2. It won't allow me to view calendar since upgrade. Please fix. Once fix I will give a higher rating.
It is not working anymore after Lollipop upgrade and keeps crashing. Seems like an abandoned app.
Almost perfect for my needs for the last 5 years. It does have a glitchy time keeping GTasks lists on the widget. But alas it's years of being abandoned have finally caught up and I have to sadly switch to Pure Calender Widget.
2.20.15 The Description says to email with bugs, but no email address found. The crash on trying to change settings is still a problem. This widget worked fine on my galaxy tab 3 which was stolen a week ago. Keeps crashing on my new galaxy 3 tab when I try using the customization feature. Why? The months later and this is still happening. Just got a galaxy 4 and this app is still crashing every time I try to change the settings.
Since the latest update to Google Calander the widget no longer works correctly , it crashes on update and when changing the data sources if you rest the data sources it will work unless you start to change some of the customizations. You also find that the Dev forums are dead
Still crashing on nexus 7.. Have submitted bug reports and emailed about it with no response. Will up my rating if it gets fixed. New tablet. Same issue. Still no response (4/5/2015).
Since I upgraded to lollipop it doesn't work, won't install on my tablet, dev doesn't respond to emails. Looks like its abandoned, which is a real shame because when it works it's great (5 stars great).
Doest work for latest android and most imprtantly on tabs. I have been using this app for a little short of an yr and always liked it. But recently I discovered the do not display duplicate events flag in the settings and that made me really fall in love with this app. I have been searching for an app that could do this. As I sync my outlook cal with google cal I have had the duplicate problem for well over a couple of years this feature solved it for me in one stroke. I think this app's Dev has his/her ears and mind open to serve the customer.
Used to be my favourite calendar widget, being able to aggregate information from multiple sources (calendars, tasks). For a few months now, it has been crashing on my Galaxy Note 8 (4.4.2 stock) and despite sending in crash reports, I see no way to resolve my problem. Moving on to Pure Widget.
This was a wonderful app. It's such a shame that this app appears to be abandoned and now it is broken for Lollipop.
I can install the free version perfectly fine but I can not unlock it now due to the error during the installation now. Error message 503
I love this app and have used it through several phone changes without issues. Just started crashing and won't load at all. Makes it difficult to recommend at the present time. Will change to 5 stars if this gets fixed. HTC One M8.
Had used this for years, but won't install on my new phone running Lollipop. It's a shame this appears to have been abandoned. Pure Calendar is the only other widget like this I've found, but it isn't quite as customizable or attractive.
