It was made to do specific things. And the things its supposed to check? It hits right on the money. Gives you diagnostics very fast and reliable. I highly recommend this to any SamSung w Android IOS.

What is this app for? It does nothing..... you can preform all these checks with out this app... Come samdung you can do better than this. Although it's better than calling your third party call centre for help, at least it doesn't patronise you or say something really stupid like durrrrr I don't know I use an iPhone ('L' get a job at Apple what you doing in a samdung zendesk) !! However I will give it five stars for it's uselessness. €:-)™

This is useless. Why do they put on android. Whats wrong if it works on other devices.

People please stop bashing Samsung and saying they just made more bloatware. Look at the contact information for the developer. This person obviously wants to make it look like Samsung made it so he gets more downloads. Read before you download things!!!!

I have a Note 3 and this app doesn't do a thing for me.

tech sprt said I should've used buyers beware, & not chose CARRIER THAT opted out of the 1yr manuf. warranty, that u sold to them. I trusted u only sold to honest carriers. Ur product is defective has been over heating since 2.5weeks after I bought it the LTE/4G stopped too. I loved my S4 & Tab other then over heating, so when read cons. & prod reviews & it being fixed. I went &bought the s6. That was a huge mistake, u won't even fix ur own product, or warn ppl that u find ways around it by letting opt out

If you're looking for the Washer/Dryer diagnosis app, you've come to the wrong place. This app is only for finding problems on Samsung phones.

Would be useful if Samsung aftercare even existed. Terrible customer service from a so called renowned manufacturer. You could learn much from Apples customer care! Starting with carrying out your own repairs instead of using 3rd party repairers and being like Apple that if a handset breaks it get replaced by new handset. No questions. No refurb units. And you have the hard neck to be asking IPhone prices on the S6. Maybe when you get your act together. But is a Samsung so not worth the £900 price tag!

My phone is having connectivity issues unless I'm actually signed into a wireless network (not 4g). This diagnostic app only agreed with me. It does NOT suggest what could be the cause(s), some actions I could take to figure out what is the problem, or why it's happening.

Wasnt connecting to utube or Facebook correctly and did not offer that selection

This is basic information you would find in the user manual. No real help or diagnostics for problems. Typical Samsung BS. Who was paid to waste time making this? No wonder your devices are expensive, consume too much battery and generally suck.

This app is useless. The only help it has is turn up the volume, and do a software update. Does nothing to help fix a real problem. Dont waist your time with this app...

This app is next to useless. It gives info about your phone setup that you can easily find by yourself.

Samsung rules when it comes to bloatware. I've had phones by most manufacturers you can name. None have as much absolute garbage, waste-of-space apps as Samsung does. Apparently they don't mind driving away customers.

Only lets you address problems from a narrow list of options. If your problem is not listed it is no use at all.
