Not a robust system. Less user friendly. I had purchased SBI-Nifty Index fund-Direct plan-growth, and you invested my money in Regular plan-growth!!!!! I tried very hard yo switch from Regulat to Direct, but the all doesn't seem to promote Direct plan, so I'm not able to switch. If this would continue, I'll eventually end up discontinuing any investment in SBI mutual funds.

Such a waste of time. SBI mutual funds should stop marketing products and do ground work first. Your helpline email, so called " customer delight" is sleeping I guess. If you people are this lazy even before I give you my money for investment, wonder what would your response be after giving u our money. No one replys to the mail. Transaction details are no where to be seen. Stop boasting your products SBI mutual funds. Look into the basics of products before launching them . Such a waste of time.

Its a good app and provide fast transaction, eliminating requirements to logon to sbimf site on laptop. Update - just a little bug, after login, its showing only one folio. I have 2-3 folio and today it shows just one. @developers - you did a great job. Thanks for adding trend chart and other useable features. Happy that SBI MF is listening to customers.
