Think Protection

I originally gave the app 5 stars. After using it for a few months I like it less. We use it to control our thermostats: 1) there is no option to use Celsius and 2) seems to disengage in the evenings and not able to turn on the furnace. The charms of this are wearing thin.

Can't customize notification sound - Uses system default. Icons are large and messy... One should be able to hide services not used or open directly into a feature, like security.

Unreliable notifications. I have an android and my husband has an iPhone. Text notifications stop working for periods at a time. We've removed the app and installed again but it doesn't work. Great when it works.

For all it promises on home automation, it's oddly missing the basic ability to automate arming the alarm at a set time each night. This is easily added, and commonplace with competitors. I'll up my rating once this simple feature is added.

The UI isn't the greatest. We should be able to remove options for services we don't have and be able to launch directly into the security screen. Some widgets would be really handy so we can arm/disarm without going into the app.

I'm constantly uninstalling and reinstalling cuz all of a sudden my "authentication " fails

Fantastic application! Let's me control my alarm from wherever I am. I also like the real time alarm system event updates.

Love being able to arm/disarm remotely. Can't get the push notifications to work, and the app seems to drain a lot of power....hopefully they fix that and otherwise it's great to have this level of control at this price point.

Great App with good support when needed, at a VERY affordable rate.

Being 2.5 hours from the cottage and after being a victim of a break-in back in the winter with their new camera's and the alarm I will never feel violated again..... Thanks Joel and Adam for being there and the whole Think Protection team

Called tech support to reset but still not able to login

Works better than expected. No complicated graphics to make it slow. Loads up fast and efficient.

How do I change my times to PST?

ThinkProtection app is only for subscribed members of their monitoring services. Its a great quality product and service they offer. Anyone looking for reliable wireless smart protection and monitoring don't think twice and call them!

I've had the service for a month and love it.
