Weather Wiz: Accurate Weather Forecast & Widgets

This is the most visually appealing weather app I've ever come across. Unfortunately I don't use it because the widgets are extremely basic. If my clock, Google calendar & a nice visual weather icon could be integrated this would definitely get 5/5 stars for me. I currently use clock & weather widget as my home screen widget as it hits all the check boxes for me. Give this app a widget to go with the gorgeous app itself & I will most definitely up my rating. Spectacular work on the app though

I really like this app, and I don't think I'll uninstall it just yet because the bugs are relatively minor. However, I've seen others mention this in their comments from 6 months ago and while replies from the dev suggested they were working on a fix back then, I'm still experiencing them. A bit concerning that it's taken this long to fix something that seems quite basic. My second screen is showing 0 degrees on my LG V20; and the widget is not able to be resized to fit a 5x5 screen. Once these are fixed, I think I'll bring the review up to 5* because it's otherwise great!

This app looks beautiful, love the radar, but I have to give 1 star, just installed it as well. The weather is wrong. It is currently showing 22 whereas my other weather apps are all showing 28 to 30. It also is showing n/a for highs and lows for the next 3 days, doesn't matter how many times I hit the update button, nothing happens. How can it even be a weather app if it can't give you the weather?

The app looks beautiful, but it is completely unusable for me. It is unable to find my location, and nothing happens when I try to add a location manually. I'd love to use the app, since its design is amazing, but I'm unable to until they fix this issue. And looking at other reviews, I'm not the only one with this problem.

Would be the perfect app if it was accurate for Australia! Its been raining and cloudy in Adelaide all day yet the app icon shows a nice warm sun! Any way of improving accuracy? I love the features, status and lock screen have a great 5 day weather notification when drag down. Radar map is pleasing too.

Such a beautiful app with 2 flaws that prevent a five star. 1) Destroys my battery, not sure why. It's ok with background running off. 2) Temps don't always display on the weather widget. Not a big deal for me, as I only care if it rains or snows, and that displays fine.

Needs work but it's got potential. Missing information on some days. Just displayed N/A and also time in app at the top is reading one hour ahead always.

I paid for the full version a couple months back and it has been great but something changed recently, not exactly sure, maybe an update or daylight savings, but now it is super buggy on my phone. Location finds me in Toronto fine but the widget and 10 day forecast both say "N/A" for the first three days in the forecast in all information slots. When I go to a saved location like Cambridge, MA, there isn't the "N/A" problem, but the 10-day forecast is completely out of order with dates and days of the week completely out of line. Have also tried to contact the company through their Wiz email they list to contact but the email never goes through. Would really like a fix to this and return my review to 5-stars. Is there another email I can send screenshots of the problem to?

Overall okay. Good animations and readily available information on the screen. Lacks weather notifications, but Google Weather can be used for severe weather alerts. You need to fix some of the widget issues others have expressed. Perhaps add a widget that matches the Pixel 2 in style and form. Updates to app take longer than others. In regard to the watch face you need to enable the ability to edit some of the complications or have the ability to add a Weather Wiz complication to another watch face at the choice of the user.

Update many months later. Still has weather accuracy issues, two weather days in the list have N/A showing even after restarting the phone. Wind speed is - 214748. Lots of unusual problems Needs work. .......... Poor weather accuracy - nice graphics. The app is pretty, love the notification window and C/F dual option. But it is showing a sunny / partly cloudy forecast, but I'm watching thunder, lighting and light rain outside!? Yes I have refreshed it, it is set to auto location. UPDATE now we have storms here for over 20min, your app, partly cloudy, precipitation 0.00!!? Try weather underground. I have emailed you :)

I don't know what they did on the last update but now the app is not usable. The app only displays the temperature for Burton, which is not close to me and I didn't even know existed. The app needs to be fixed asap

App looks great and displays a good and accurate range of info about the weather. But, like a previous reviewer on here i am having problems with the 'add location' function. Namely, it doesn't do anything. At all. No idea what the problem is but it's just not working. Update to the above: Installed on a new phone and now there are even more problems. Temperatures do not seem to be displayed in either the 10 day forecast or the widget. Very often just get N/A showing instead. Plus the days are all out of order on the forecast, e.g. Tues, Fri, Mon, Thurs. As I said, the app looks great. Perhaps the best looking weather app I've seen. Shame that it just doesn't work.

The stupid app doesn't have daylight saving and can't be adjusted to bad so sad but bye..... was a nice app until that point deleting it ....... so much for asking for your 5 star rating eh

Landscape theme Hey love love your app, but is it possible to get a live wallpaper with it too all those animations in the app would be amazing has a live wallpaper too thanks. I tried emailing you, but your email address does not work.

This app has a great look and the info I want but is the buggiest app I've ever installed. The time is an hour ahead, the future forecast will be missing days and sometimes it will just come up 'city deleted'....so how can I trust the forecast? If these can get fixed, I'm in for the pay version but for now not real useful

Visually it's gorgeous but doesn't appear to be very accurate. My location was reported as being clear and sunny when it had actually been overcast and drizzling to steady rain all day. Such a pity.

Love absolutely everything EXCEPT for the fact that I cannot adjust the size of the widgets or have one that is my 5 wide. My screen is 5 wide x 5 long, and the widgets are 4 wide and X long. Makes my screen uneven and makes the overall look of my screen unbalance. :( Also, the temperature says at 0 degrees at the Always On screen if I have the notification temperature display option on.

Stumbled onto this app but to buggy for my liking. First, can not access privacy policy and terms of service, site not found, then auto locate does not work, had to enter manually and lastly I was not able to add a second location. This app looks pretty and has all the info I look for in a weather app but I'll try later to see if the problems have been resolved. Overall, I like this app and once fixed it'll be a keeper and a 5 star.

the ads pop whenever and wherever and it annoys me a lot. its the only accurate weather app ive tried until now and itd be appreciated if the number of ads lower a lot.

Looks good, has the info I need but I have two smaller problems with it. 1. The clock is an hour off. My guess it's because the daylight saving. I'm in the UK, where the switching to winter time is not the same date as the US. 2. Scrolling up is laggy within the app on Moto G1.

awesome app and i'm picky about my weather apps. i love the look. my only desire is to be able to swipe between locations instead of using the drop down menu. what do ya say guys? otherwise its perfect.

I loved this app but I am not getting consistently wrong data. I am getting n/a instead of actual temperature and my wind says something like -2 billion km/hr. This app is unusable it's its current state. Very disappointed that I paid for the ad free version and I will be uninstalling it due to not doing the only thing it's made to do - tell me the weather. I may try later. Waste of money.

The app seems to work fine but the mistake that needs to be addressed is when I open weather radar, I see no time or days which is so annoying. How do you expect me to know on which day and at what hours it's expected to be cloudy or rainy?

Recently, the widgets stopped showing weather predictions for the coming days. The widgets only show today's wather, and for the future days it just says N/A. It's been several months and you said it would be fixed. It has not. Uninstalliing the app.

I think this App is great and other weather apps should take notes because this is how it's done the right way. I haven't had any problems, its always up to date and accurate, plus it's pretty.

Here's the problem. I changed the background, and all I see are boxes on the new background! What gives? How do I correct this problem?

I like the look of the app, but for Montreal it's showing the days in complete disorder (Sunday, Wednesday, Sunday, Friday, Monday, Thursday, Monday, Saturday). It's absolutely unusable.

Love this app in general, but lately I'm seeing what a lot of other people are. The app is giving me tomorrows forecast as today's current weather and all other days are showing N/A... Hope this is fixed soon as I love the app for basic weather at a glance. Also, I would be excited for more themes!

Very pretty weather app, but there's a problem with stability for me. Often crashes.

Ten day forecast is not sequential. That's a no go. Even though I paid for the app, I cannot recommend an app that can't get the dates in order.

It seems great, but it's of no use for me unless I can figure out how to delete the preset location of "paris" and get it to stop reverting to paris every few seconds instead of remaining on my manually entered location.

Sudenly it stoped to show the weather (temperature, precipitation)... whats wrong right now?

It was fine until recently the temperature its always N/A. It will not sync even with location on.

Its inaccurate 9 times of 10 & it has to many bugs. It needs to be redone????????????

Doesn't update to daylight saving time.. Looks pretty, but pretty useless.

Weather forecast not especially accurate compared to Samsung S6 weather app pre installed. That service is accu weather.

Great looking app but it just doesn't work, maybe because I'm in Australia but tomorrow's weather is always NA and then skips a while day in the 10 day forecast, this may be because Australia is a day in front of the US and the app flips out.

Sometimes doesn't update in notification. Walked outside when it was very cold, had to go get a jacket.

App is good, has a great look, smooth, etc. However it is pretty buggy right now. Forecast for the next few days is N/A and has been that way for a couple of weeks.
