App doesn't keep search criteria, have to reset it EVERY time I change zip codes. Pictures still intermittently display. Samsung Tablet and ZTE Axon 7. Still mediocre at best.

Would like to see more details about wild life on property

Waste of time. They fail to mention it is a local app to their geographic area thinking the world revolves around them. Had to figure out on my own they don't cover Florida and I wasted 5 mins of my life. Big fail.

Very useful for someone looking for a home

I use this app to find my flip properties, please include a funcyion for me to search surrounding areas. When I enter a zip code, it only shows me that town. If it could show the results for that town first and then show the next closest properties, that would be nice.

"Advanced" search yet no keyword filter??? Useless to me. I need to find homes with a pool! I don't have time to manually filter them out..

Keeps shutting down when I check a property.

Still needed other apps due to more visual appeal & usability in those.

Limited coverage area

This used to be the best app out there, but then they got rid of the readable street names and neighborhoods on the map view. How is the map draw search function helpful if you can't see where you're drawing?

The app is quick and easy to use, I highly recommend this app if you're searching for homes!

Most accurate of all the others.

Realtor and Zillow have great user friendly apps. They allow you to filter through and sort out house's that don't fit your search criteria. It's a little hard to weed out the house's with MLS. One pro is everything is up to date and this is what all the realtors use in CA.

I change filters, app doesn't recognize. Nothing like the pc version

Have CA only? Doesn't let you browse listing without GPS.. waste of time

The map feature is glitchy, and when you look at condos the app doesn't show you the HOA fee or what it covers.

I have a gripe, I mean supersize!! AS SOON AS A HOUSE IS PENDING IT NEEDS TO BE ACROSS THE BOARD SHARED SAME WITH Off thexmarket.. im seeing for over a year now info just staying quiet. FOR MONTHS!

Still a little buggy especially for agent account. Several restarts across multiple devices. Viewing a client favorite from agent login always produces a restart. Has potential but needs to have bugs worked out.

The apps "service area" is somewhat limited. It doesn't cover major cities like Miami or Phoenix. Even if I try an Advanced search and select one of their covered cities like LA and use NO search filters I still get told there is nothing in the area. So either it doesn't allow searching from other cities OR the app is plain broken. Even if the former is true, why put that limit on? People move to covered cities from uncovered one's all the time. For now this app is one to avoid.

I've been using it for a while now, never have seemed to have any major issues that a restart didn't solve. The "GPS fix" is a problem that needs to be fixed. But more refining options like not showing pending sales would be a great add.

Found several pending sales I didn't want to see. And found houses not even for sale.

You gave an update after millions of years and that is also crap. Its not working at all. Error is "can not connect to server". Also search should be refined as active or not. In refine there should be an option by status. So that people can filter active house.

Just wish you guys can update more efficiently. I've seen houses on the app that are already sold on the website or when I go and take a look at a place. Great app! Great potential, just needs better support!

A real estate app that ONLY let's u search in your immediate area ! Its not like they offer other states/cities in their list's that u can't use. Or its unlikely you will ever want to search outside your own ant farm community and move !

I tried cooperating with the demand that I turn on GPS, but it was not working for some reason. So tried using the zip code for the area I wanted to find homes in. The app did not acknowledge the zip code entry. I filled out number of bedrooms etc, but it said it had no homes in the area and erased all data and "kicked" me out of the app back to the home screen. Frustrating. I turned the GPS on, but perhaps it just wasn't sending a signal well. It would be nice to use it with zip codes in that case.

Need filter by school district and find near school. Need negative filter like No Pool or No single story etc.

Cant log in or sync account to see previously saved properties... mobile version of website doesnt offer save option. Crap. No wonder everyone uses secondary site apps like Redfin!
