Mobile deposit missing ???

Used to love this app and used it all the time, until a year ago when I suddenly couldn't log in anymore. I get a message saying, "Your request cannot be processed at this time. Please try again later. Error 500." I've called multiple times to get this fixed and am told it would be fixed within a week only to have the same issue. I'm done fighting to try and access my account through the app.

It has been a whole year since I have been unable to use the Mobile Check Deposit. But wait! It looks like they gave the app a new shiny paint job but MCD is still not functioning, arguably the number one feature any bank should have. It baffles me as to why they would spend all that effort to making things look nice but continue to ignore customer's requests to have Mobile Check Deposit fixed.

I had to reset my phone and forgot my e-bank I.d. or whatever to log in, and nobody in the after hour department can help me figure it out. Now I'm stuck in the middle of nowhere with no atm around me and can't figure out how much money I have to pay for a taxi.

Great app, except... when I try to take a photo of a check for mobile deposit, the check image is upside down on my phone (Nexus 5x). This makes it almost impossible to line up the picture. The alignment is right on my Nexus 7 tablet, but it often fails there too because the camera isn't good enough. Fix the upside down images and I'll have no complaints at all.

I've been using this app for a long time, but ever since they added mobile check deposits it's been so much more useful. Now with the new UI overhaul it even looks amazing too! Way better than the actual website for sure!

I loved the option to take a pic and deposit funds. Why would that function be removed... :(

Used to love PSCU and their app, but without mobile deposit they're losing their losing an edge on the competition.

The only thing I need in a bank app is mobile deposit.

Revert to last app version as I hate running to the bank and absolutely LOVED the mobile deposit option!!!!!!

Love this app and the ability to deposit checks from home is a big bonus.

This is a very intuvative site. Easy to use and access.

Not only is the app a complete and utter useless failure so is the credit union itself. I have been told by numerous tellers that I can make check deposit through the app, that is absolutely not true. I've noticed several other reviews stating the same thing. Honestly how could they not know that the iPhone app is the only one that has that capability if you have an android app then it does not do that.

I don't know what everyone is complaining about. The mobile deposit works just fine. You have to have your account for 6 months before that option is available. Very easy to use and I rate 5 stars. Good job PSCU.

The option to deposit checks via mobile has been taken away, so without a nearby PCSU, I guess I'm out of luck on depositing money unless I fly to another state. Thanks PCSU....

What happened. I had Mobile deposit in the last couple of months all the sudden it disappeared I'm really disappointed

Seriously, don't feature it and brag about it if we can't use it. I don't even have the option to select mobile deposit.

Keeps telling me to check my Internet connection and I'm online... Can't even log on. :-

I had check deposit previously, but recently noticed it wasn't there when I needed to deposit a check. I contacted the bank and they put it back on there. (there was a change previously that somehow got it removed.)

I've read the recent comments about the mobile deposit feature on this app. Used it twice in the month of August, last time on the 28th. Seemed to be a great feature but two weeks later it's gone; what a pain! IT department at PSCU not very good at staying on top of system problems and after hours try getting a hold of someone in that department; good luck! After hours customer service no help! Thanks a lot PSCU! What's the sense of having a mobile banking app. when you have a feature that comes and goes?

So when I first used the app I was able to do mobile check deposit, then I have not been able to use it in two months. I have called several times asking about it and then they got fed up and said it was because I do not have Direct Deposit... Seriously?! If I had Direct deposit I wouldn't need the mobile check image deposit! My job makes it to where I am all over the country and I needed that feature. I plan to change banks unless they change their "policy" on mobile image deposit.

I dont hate it but non working apps should not be in production. The camera app does not allow for focusing and when the image is sent all you get is error that days to try better light and steady hands ... I am typing this on my phone and am very tech savvy ... so no problems there ... Why do you post a non working app to waste people's time ... did it even work during your QA and testing phase ?

Only works sporadically, poor layout and inadequate features. Other CU's and banks have much better. See Capital One for a good example.

Using the latest version, but no check image deposit. You guys also need to update the ux. You're using design language back in the Honeycomb days. Note 4 LP

You have to retake pictures of checks several times to get them to be accepted. And then find out (from looking at statement, no actual notification) that the check deposit was actually rejected after you've shredded the check. Very poorly implemented feature. I won't use app for anything but to check balances anymore.

Come on, PSCU, you know we all love the mobile deposit feature. With so many complaints regarding its functionality since your launch, don't you feel it's time to assess this situation?

Why are business customers prohibited from using all the useful features, like mobile deposits? Really lame.

Super disappointed that the mobile deposit is gone. We don't live close to a branch so this was a very convenient way for us to deposit. Please bring back.

...as many others stated. One of the best things about mobile banking isn't available. Now I have to go to the bank.

They state that you can deposit a check by snapping a picture of it but I only see that option every once in a while... Please make this a permanent feature and I'll be sure to give 5 stars... T-Mobile, LG G3.
