This application, STAR GRADE is an initiative taken by Thane Municipal Corporation to provide a ultimate citizen friendly solution where people can report their grievances related to the Road Maintenance work around them. This application helps you to report the complaints directly to the senior authorities of the Civic Body resulting instant response from the Public Works Department of the Thane Municipal Corporation. Complaints are forwarded to the concerned Contractors/Agencies in no time.

STAR-GRADE stands for System to Track, Analyse, Redress Grievances & Demands. You can log in to the guest account of the Thane Municipal Corporations grievance tracking portal stargrade.thanecity.gov.in

How To Use :

Three Simple Pre-Settings :

1) Go to ‘Settings’ -> ‘Location’ -> Enable Location to "ON"

​​2) Check your Camera's "Location Tag" Or "Geo-Tag" in the camera settings. The feature related to location must be enabled.

3) Make Sure your smartphone has a good Data Connection

Open the Downloaded STAR GRADE Application and Report Every Single Pothole you spot in your Area. Be it a rough patch or a tiny little pothole. If you ignore it, it will b a pothole filled with water in hours. Remember, its Monsoon Rains.

Pothole from every corner of the City were reported by the citizens. Citizens overall the city were involved when they reported most of the Potholes every time they spotted one.
