Quick Search

Description says you can search apps on your phone (the only reason I wanted the app) but it doesn't do this. It only searches for apps in the Market store. I'm uninstalling it.

One feature request: can it search contact title and company as well?

The new version works more slowly and fits less words in the search bar. I'd like to return the old one.

Please add a feature so I can pay to remove ads, also needs settings search (like in Google Gesture Search)

used-to-be-good app, but instead of notifications (I'm sure everyone has some sort of weather app, and random sports?? Wtf???) I would love to see email search included as advertised (EVERYTHING, remember?) well... No answer, Uninstalled

Bad update. Will not search contacts only. Defaults to web search. Update - received quick response to comment from support. Thank you. I had done exactly what was suggested, Only search options selected are contacts and calendar. When I enter any name that is in my contacts I get a web search. Will uninstall and reinstall. Update on 11-24. Removed and reinstalled. Selected contacts as only search. Re ordered so contacts are first. It worked. Changing to 4 stars.

Very useful, this app makes my life so much easier! I LOVE it.

After recent upgrade, it is taking time to lookup app name from all apps.

So cool! it's bringing relevant results in Hebrew as well (searched in English). Love it!

Good searching app

Worked fine until latest update. I'm using widget to find contacts. Now I can not see what I'm typing, there is no search suggestion an it just does not find contacts any more. Please, give me back my app!

I can't find files on sdcard anymore. UI is poor

Searches EVERYWHERE on device

It's. Really so bad app. Guys don't install this app.because, whenever I open this app it always say''unfortunetly quick search has stop'''........ooooooffffffhhhhhhh.I hate it so right now I uninstall this apppp. And no one can stop me.

But It really needs some new features for new generation updates... Like special widget look.. And quick open gestures.. And specially.. A very new UI needed.. Else its very good. But strongly needed a new UI for the app and its widget..

It's just a yahoo search engine, won't do anything as described, except contact search. Can't find files on mobile memory, or search across the text messages. Even Google can't figured it to search across all the data in the phones internal memory.

Since moving to KitKat and then Lollipop, I was no longer able to search on info that I had in my contact notes field.. It felt like my phone was crippled! This app finally makes that info accessible again! Thank you so much!

Google search is the worst but this is the best. Google search kept saying UNFORTUNATELY GOOGLE SEARCH HAS STOPPED. so this is awesome. DOWNLOAD IT!

As my HTC ONE is naff at searching contacts and only searches the header, I was looking for an app to be able to search through the notes and nickname fields. It does a great job of this but limited for searching the entire phone. Won't search files (word etc.) and will only search header of calendar entries too and not the description. All can be overcome by downloading aCalendar (brilliant app) and es File explorer. Would be nice to consolidate but am pleased for now I can search deeper into my contacts.

and the ability to search apps was gone! Thats the only reason i was using it. If you fix this i will rate 5 stars.

I search and find a file, say a music file but can't play it or share it. A tap just launches a browser especially mp3 files otherwise it's quite handy. Thanks

I would be inclined to rate this app with 5 stars, but it seems to no longer include the option to search for apps that are installed on my device. Instead it now only searches for Market apps! Hope you guys can fix this!

It forcing me to use yahoo as default search engine. Theres no way to change it. Uninstall it now

Not sure what's happened to this app but searching no longer searches phone for apps, only reason to use it. Just fires off a wen browser at which point why wouldn't I just use Google?
