App History & Updates

What's Changed
Two key improvements:
- Trip duration estimates now better incorporate real-time information
- The UI now indicates when predictions are based on scheduled rather than real-time information. We strive to provide the most-accurate real-time predictions, but when this is not possible (e.g., due faulty hardware on a vehicle), we clarify this by removing the to-the-second countdown and showing a clock icon next to the prediction

I like the organization and the specific ETAs of buses down to the second. The only part about this app that isn't better than Google Maps is the lack of a feature where you can set either your departure time or arrive by time and see when the buses are scheduled to run. With this additional feature, it would be easily five stars.

C70%
by C####:

It's a good idea but only shows the local bus arriving/departing according to it's posted schedule. It'd be best & most efficient of it tracked the buses in REAL TIME so that you know when the bus's is running late, etc.

Y70%
by Y####:

I use it to track my buses here in Stockton, well at least some of the routes. I'm pretty sure MV Transportation who runs the county division for San Joaquin RTD would rather see this go away. Some drivers have their GPS activated, some don't (again, county division). Today I had activated a report that a fixed route with paratransit deviations was late today due to a deviation, so that other passengers who use the route know what's going on. The report got deleted by either SJRTD themselves or MV. Great app if all of the transit agency could get on board and allow it to be used, but so far it seems to only be truly utilized by the Metro yard.

by C####:

Organized, easy to navigate after familiarizing for 5 mins, and the real-time map option does wonders for those stressful bus trips. Like getting to work.

C70%
by C####:

The User Interface (ui) is lacking and does not use light rail options for Denver. I can't even consider using routes that will take 3-5x longer on bus transit only. There are also lacking options of alternate routes. For these reasons: uninstalled.

I have tried all of the apps that work with Tri-Met (Portland OR) and this is the best app by far. I use it multiple times each day. It is an essential tool that I use to plan any of my travels.

The app is cooling on but it don't give you alerts when you request it on a Pacific route

Works fine in Charleston, sc. Tracking works.

Great app, but all the location probing drains my battery. Wish I could turn that off and just use my default locations.

It seems to be comparable to the IPhone pdx bus app. Which unfortunately is not available for android. I appreciate the design and color of this app tho!

I like how they present and organize the bus lines. Making it easy for the users to add where they're headed is definitely a plus for me.

Slow poor support for light rail

Seems like a pretty good app- it's got real time position tracking for most routes in Boulder.

Good app. Just wish it showed future times not just current or next pick up.

Better than carrying around a ton of pamphlets.

Love it. If it had Lyft integration, I'd give it 5 stars. Uber sucks.

Goodbye slow and often wrong next bus. Hello best options, times and cost. Brilliant.

O70%
by O####:

After two weeks of use, it has never once correctly predicted the arrival of an MBTA bus or streetcar. Also, it will not let me set a favorite bus stop, invariably directing me to a stop close to my house as the crow flies but inaccessible since it's on the other side of the Massachusetts Turnpike. Other apps can give me the bus route info I need, correctly. Someday I might even find one that tells me when the streetcars are coming.

Really helps you figure out nearby lines , times and destinations. Best transit app I have used yet.
